I get online and there is no deal for breakfast pizza, just for 1 topping pizzas so I call back to order a breakfast pizza. The girl I talk to explains the $7.99 is only for 1 topping and breakfast pizzas arent included, I tell her I understand and I want a breakfast pizza and that im not interested in their deals. I ask if I can order a breakfast pizza over the phone or do I have to do it online.. she says I can do it over the phone and she then passes the phone to someone else who then introduces themselves and once again I ask if I can order a breakfast pizza.. she then goes over the $7.99 deal with me!!! For the 100th time I do not care about your deals, I just want to order a breakfast pizza... she then tells me to download the app and order it online after the previous girl said I could do it over the phone! Do people up there not know anything??? For 1 their listening skills are absolutely ridiculous, I spoke with 3 people total and they are clueless when it comes to listening and 2 it was horrible customer service. I told her I wasnt interested in their pizza anymore and hung up. I won't be going to QT anymore after they have irritated me this morning.

Though he had to get both done for an expensive amount, the service is definitely worth the price! They do apply veteran discounts, as well as coupons related to brakes, so that's something to keep in mind if you need a lot of work if you travel like we do. The service is always top notch as they inspect everything, and the customer care is pretty awesome. Stephen did a great job despite the store being busy at opening times. Our only complaint is that phone calls to us don't go through, but it's to do with T-Mobile automatically marking this business as spam and not at all the fault of the company. My husband's car runs like a dream now, and we'll definitely continue returning. We've never had problems any time we've been here.

First he said he couldn't check my rewards without a transaction. Then, I calculated how much gas I needed with the rewards I KNEW I HAD. The attendant here said I didn't have any. Wouldn't apply it. Used my debit card on the pump... would you look at that I had $0.30 off a gallon. I had to pay an extra $13.38 for literally just the incompetence of a cashier, or whoever trained him. I genuinely hope this is a system error because I don't like blaming customer service workers, but Jesus Christ. I don't wanna have to put in an extra $13 in my budget. I needed something that he felt comfortable in and could manuver in. Over direct messaging on FB Javier told me that wouldn't be an issue and Jessica later called to see if I wanted to make an appointment. I set an appointment with Javier, as he was who I had been dealing with. When we arrived, Mario took the appointment and he showed us a car that looked perfect, but it wasn't what my son envisioned. He showed us a second vehicle that was absolutely perfect. The purchase price was very reasonable and I was able to put half down on the vehicle. The financing for the rest was a breeze, there was only one snag, but that was on the financer's end, not the dealership's. Once we got past that, everything was golden. My son drove off the lot with a car that fits his personallity perfectly! Mario did an amazing job relating to him on his level and made the experience super fun for him. That first car is so important, and I am so glad that we came here to find it! I highly recommend checking out this dealership, the associates are all pretty young, but they know their stuff and are good at what they do. Zack was able to spin the wheel after the purchase and won a free oil change. Because we were there so late, we came back the following day for a full tank of gas and the following week for a car wash. They trully are a full service dealership!

Got a call a couple weeks later saying that I had to return the car because my approval got revoked and the banks wouldn't approve me, after I already signed. Wasn't happy that I had to drive 40 mins to return a car that I had gotten approved of, and had to call multiple times to get my deposit back because they forgot to return it. If you need a car and want to make sure you get approved without the chance of getting a call back to return the car, I suggest you don't come here. Staff was friendly, the communication and promises were just false and disappointing.
