This time we speak to Assistant Manager Carsten, who again apologizes and immediately emails corporate and says we should hear back on Friday. Then today we get a text and email from corporate saying there was a miss and our monthly fee is being INCREASED! I am losing it, no matter how many times you call the corporate number you do not get called back or get in contact with a person to speak with. This is completely ridiculous. This is the third time I have contacted this company to stop charging me.  The employee told me they could credit me for one month, but I explained that I wanted to verify my car wash package had been completely canceled. He kept repeating that they could credit me for one month. The issue, according to him, was that there were two cars on the plan and only one had been canceled. I asked him, "How can I cancel my plan and still have a car remaining on the plan?" He responded by saying both cars had to be canceled separately. I told him that made no sense because I canceled the entire membership in which both cars were on, not just one vehicle. At that point, a young employee interrupted the conversation and said, "You're just not listening to what he's saying." I told him I was listening and that he should stay out of the conversation because I wasn't speaking to him. I told him to fuck off, which I should not have said But his tone was so bad the words just came out. He then proceeded to tell me to "fuck off." After that, the gentleman I had originally been speaking with told me I needed to leave. I told him I've been listening to you, but you're not listening to me, Once again, he told me I need to leave now. This company operates in a very dishonest way, and I honestly don't think I've ever dealt with a business this dishonest and condescending. For the record, I originally canceled my membership because the quality of the car wash was poor.  I'm not sure this behavior by either employee is condoned by management but if they're ever wondering why their business is failing, they don't have to look too far.

I went to Clean Freak Car Wash and was hoping to be able to get the paint off. The assistant manager John was AMAZING!!! He went out of his way to come to my car and help me get the paint off. He got all of the paint off of paint on my car and the plastic part at the bottom of the car!!! I tried to give him money for his hard work and he wouldn't accept any. Another lady pulled in who had also hit the same paint spill and he cleaned her car too. What a nightmare and not what I had planned for the day, but John made it all work out and I was able to make all of my following appointments since I didn't have to spend hours scrubbing paint off my car. The one thing I truly appreciate is a dry towel which is always available. Quick quack, constantly folds and reuses the towels they're always damp and leave streaks everywhere. Superstar does higher volume and stale manages to keep dry tails. I'm always in and out of this place absolutely love it.

We like that they provide air fresheners, Interior dash wipes and small travel trash bags for our vehicle for free with our pass. They have free vacuums as well as compressed air. We always use the compressed air to blow out our Sideview mirrors and any cracks and crevices that we can't get a cloth too easily. We opted for the monthly pass. It gives us unlimited washes. We also like the fact that if ourcar is really dirty, we can go through the wash again. We feel it's decent quality for a good price. This location also offers car washing services where employees wash and dry your car for you, oil changes and diesel services.

There were crumbs all over the seats, which they clearly didn't even vacuum, cupholders and door cards were still dusty and dirty, the inside steps of the doors weren't wiped, etc. It's very clear they did a quick once-over of the floors with the vacuum and that's it. It seems like the other bad reviews were accurate in that they will ghost you, but I guess it depends on your luck - if you're one of the lucky ones that they'll show up to do a great job for as the other great reviews stated.
