There's a girl in there who has totally changed that store. It's always clean. She's very polite and she's always busy and working. Before her there was a gentleman in there that was always eating food, with food sticking into his fingers. It was just a complete slob. It was a good move by hiring this young lady.

When ordering the girl told us that the grill was down , but the fryers were working. She was sweet and honest. We stayed to eat but the soda machine was also down. She told us to use the one in the store that was one big room. When we sat down I noticed the soda didn't taste right so I let staff know. The lady working in the store glared at me and said it wasn't her prob because it was a Dairy Queen cup. I'm sure I looked confused and explained that they told us to use it. Instead of talking to the staff at DQ she got on to me saying she didn't give her permission for us to use her machines. I'm not sure why she needed to be rude to me as I was a pay customer for both stores inside. My husband said we just did what we were told she glared at us and said I KNOW In a nasty tone. This was 9/7/2022 at 1130 am I didn't get her name. If her excuse to her supervisor is because I had my service dog I will also say this ( he is medical alert for me clearly marked in his vest and laid under the table while we ate) we opted to get gas down the street as we didn't like the way we got treated. The staff at DQ was very sweet and the food was good. One star for the store being clean --4 for the service
