This place is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We are from Colorado and this food is not up to par with real Mexican food. My husband took one bite of his chili relleno and did not like it at all. I spoke with the owner of the restaurant to ask if we would be able to get that plate removed from the bill and he said he tried a bite from the plate and it was fine. He told me he has never had a complaint before and if he removed that from the bill he would go broke. I have never had a restaurant be so inconsiderate and not care at all what the customer thinks. If you have ever eaten Mexican food I would recommend avoiding this place because it is terrible. read more

Horrible service! I went here for the first time, and admittedly never made it to the food because the service was so slow we had to walk out. The worst part wasn't even the slow food, but our terrible waiter. He was a middle aged man, that is probably one of the worst I've seen. We were ignored at every turn, he didn't bring our chips and guacamole, had to be prompted for everything, and was generally unfriendly. After about an hour of waiting, wishing we had any other server in the place, and seeing that people who had clearly been there much longer than us were still waiting uncomfortably for their food, we decided we couldn't sit it out. I have heard good things about the food, but I've also heard they are still not good at the whole running a restaurant thing, now I can attest to that. read more

Looking forward to a good meal with a friend from out of town and needed some quick service in TR. Well, service was quick, but the food just did not taste good. The cheese they use is weird tasting and overly greasy and heavy. We only ate about 30% of the meals and we were both very hungry. I'll only go for mexican food in Manitowoc from now on. The atmosphere and service were great. The food left a lot to be desired. I had the chicken Tres Amigos, the chicken was very dry and barely warm. My husband has a burrito, quesadilla combo. He said the burrito was good, but the quesadilla tasted like old grease. We only ate about half of our meals. We have eaten here several times since they opened, but will probably not go back It isn't as good as we it used to be. read more

I had dinner here on a Thursday evening 2/25/2016. The food was Excellent. My son had chicken enchiladas, I had the beef chimichangas ....DELICIOUS! Excellent AUTHENTIC Mexican food! The service was fast and great. My table was checked just enough times to make sure I was happy and drinks were full without being over board. The prices were fair for the food portions and quality. First visit was great! The food and service are well above average, more on par with much larger markets, but here in Two Rivers! Most notable was the unique interior design. Thought and money went into this restaurant from colorful custom furniture to the double balcony open concept seating. We loved Casa Mexico restaurant and expect to return often. read more

Authentic Mexican food right here in Trivvers! My second visit of what undoubtedly will be many more to come. I wish I had not waited almost two weeks to come back. I'm a taco guy. I love their shredded beef tacos. A unique flavor all their own, done right. I could eat these every day. Hard or soft shell, get at least one of each. At only $2.50 each, a tremendous value. I've paid more than twice that for far less in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm also a huge fan of the rice. Love it. It will be ordered with every meal I eat here. The tortilla soup is not to be missed. The unique tortilla strips that accompany the soup are again unique and tasty. A great pairing with the soup. And the soup lives up to it's name with plenty of shredded chicken within. I have had Mexican food a minimum of 60 times a year for the past 20 years in Arizona and New Mexico. This place stands up incredibly well against them and surpasses many in their own unique ways. Ok, here is my review: I give this 2 stars and here is why. We visited on 1/3/2017 I ordered the #9 received the number 10, I asked the waiter who was passing by If he could identify what I was served he said a burrito, quesadilla and beans, my wife looked at the menu and said that's the number 10. As the waitress came over I informed her of the mistake and she took my plate away ...this is where it gets really odd. She comes back and says in broken English ..."the cook said he wouldn't give you an enchilada as I had eaten it, I was like no I didn't its right here but you grabbed the plate before I could put it back on the plate...now mind you my plate of food is still MIA. She takes the Quesadilla back with her and brings me a enchilada on a plate, I asked her where my plate was she went back to the kitchen and came outwith my plate ...I asked where was this ...she set it down and walked away...tell you this much I wasn't eating it. I will never go back oh and BTW food was really bad I didn't even eat the enchilada, my wife and my son didn't like the food as well. read more

This place has a huge variety of food which is great but terrible because it is nowhere near being authentic Mexican food this is TEX MEX AMERICANIZED MEXICAN food service was awkward the servers don't seem to know what they are doing as they are just standing around and not seething me to my table the food got here quick which is worrisome as I tried the salsa and chips which weren't bad the rest changed that the enchiladas had a good sauce but the meat inside was bland and so were the refried beans and the Mexican rice you should learn to salt your food and try your food before you serve me unseasoned food the soup was very un tasteful the horchata is definitley the powder form that you can buy anywhere as it taste like rice water and sugar very low quality food and low quality customer service maybe in the future when they decide to put salt in their food and actually try it for themselves and serve something half decent I'll come in to try again read more

I believe I have a new favorite Mexican restaurant. Casa Mexico is really good. Outstanding decor - hand carved chairs and booths from Mexico are phenomenal. A great atmosphere. The food- wow! Authentic flavors. Ordered a la carte - a tamale, chicken quesadilla and a shredded beef enchilada. I don't know which I liked best. Fresh and well prepared with generous amounts of cheese and a nice, rich red sauce. This is a Two Rivers gem. I shall return. read more

We went here on a recommendation of a friend. From the moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and seated. Everyone was super friendly and we received our food quickly. We were pleasantly surprised since they were so busy. The food was great. This says a lot since my husband and I are from Texas and New Mexico. We have not had any authentic Mexican food around here. The enchiladas are especially delicious. My husband said the red sauce was the best he's had since we moved here 17 years ago. I loved the green sauce which is hard to find at any Mexican restaurant around here, unless you go to Milwaukee. We did not have any margaritas since we had our daughter, but when we come back next time, we will try them for sure. They looked awesome. read more
