One thing I especially loved was that each bedroom had its own bathroom--a luxury I didn't realize I appreciated so much until this trip! The customer service was also outstanding. Booking online was simple and hassle-free, and when I reached out about the possibility of an early check-in and a late check-out, the team was able to accommodate both requests. Having that extra time made a huge difference for our group, and I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help. On the other side, this place was absolutely beautiful! There's tons to do on the lagoon for both adults and children. I stayed in a house (11 rooms) and it was also very nice and spacious. There were 3 floors and every floor had something different... the first floor of course consisted of the living area and kitchen, second floor had a living area with a pool table, and the third floor had a living area with Pac-Man games and a slide for kids to use [to get to the 2nd floor] instead of the stairs! For example I last stayed at this great townhome that is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is just off 192 and near the entrance to world drive. Could not be close to Disney parks! Extremely rude and unprofessional office staff in the clubhouse…read more They claim they're always willing to help residents out and explain any violations you receive, but you go in there and talk to them, and you get nothing but attitude and no answers. If the person who gives out violations decides she doesn't like you, you just keep getting violation after violation until you decide to move out or until they find something they can evict you for. Meanwhile, homes all around you can have the exact same "violations" going on and never have to fix it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It might be more affordable than other houses in the area, but they'll make up for it in nonstop violations, unprofessional staff interactions, and constant stress over losing your home due to pedantic little issues (a weed in your flowerbed, a blade of grass growing over your curb, etc.).

Booking: I called and booked at the beginning of this whole covid mess at a time when people were canceling. I cancelled a trip to Mexico and decided to go somewhere that I could drive. I called and spoke to Cheryl. She was so very polite. She expressed how appreciative she was of me making the booking. They altered their policy for covid and allowed late cancellations with full refunds because it was so new at that time. This was a great move by the company to provide top notch customer service. If I am ever looking to stay in Orlando again or am asked I will definitely refer this company. The place: The resort is beautiful (Windsor Hills) and not far from Disney. The house we stayed in is just as beautiful. See pictures. It was easy to check in also. We called on our second day to have heat turned on in the pool and have them look at sliding glass door. It was extremely hard to open and close. Someone was at the house within 30 minutes. They needed to replace the door which couldn't be done until the next day but it only took like 30 minutes. Not a bother at all it works perfectly. Everyone that I have talked to have been so nice and I wanted to recognize that. Again if I am ever looking to stay in Orlando these are who I would use. I should mention we stayed in a 3/3 two level townhouse with a splash pool.
