Only 1 bin bag, 1 toilet roll, 1 amount of dishwasher and washing machine powder provided for our two week stay. There are no lights around the pool, and the fans don't work inside the house. We found out whilst staying in the villa that you have to purchase gas for the bbq. This wasn't told to us before our stay, we only found out by messaging the owner when we wanted to use the bbq If we'd known we'd have to pay for gas we would have gone to another villa. We have had numerous trips to America and stayed in many villas and have never encountered this before. The excuse the owner gave is that the BBQ is an optional extra.Update last night we had a look at the Xbox and there was a very inappropriate picture on one of the profiles what was left on the account. (We have a young child with us) the owners excuse was that we should have deleted it or the previous guest she didn't think that they should have checked it. When calling in I was told over and over I had to pay extra to get the hot tub to work, no resolution Garage door broken TV in queen room broke AC didn't keep up, was fixed on day 2 Garden tub broke Sheets nasty, had blood and makeup stains. Had to wash everyone before we could go to sleep. Fun after a 12 hour drive. No resolution and response was non effective. Complete scam. Stay away from anything this company has to rent on Airbnb and VRBO

They are heated and the temperature was perfect. There is a game room and our kids enjoy that everyday. The house has plenty of board games as well. The layout of the house is very nice as well. Every room has its own bathroom. The location is great. There is an Walmart 5 minutes away. Parks are really lose and Coco beach is one hour away. We had great time and will go back soon.

I rented it through reinfunvacationhomes.com, and it is also listed on homeaway.com. I have traveled quite a bit to Florida during the last year and will be doing even more so since I became a grandmother for the first time on my stay in the condo I am reviewing in Grand Palms (8818A Grand Palms Circle). But I will not ever rent from this property again. This particular condo is infested with cockroaches. Under cabinets, and in closets are little roach traps everywhere, and even one fogger that was placed inside a cabinet with the pots and pans. I have used homeaway.com before, and couldn't have been more pleased. I prefer condo's so that my daughter and hubs, and now baby can stay together and so my daughter can eat her favorite meals (anything I make). I noticed when I arrived and flipped on lights there were cockroaches. The forest green carpet didn't look vacuumed, and there was a water spill in the kitchen. Well.....I'd driven for 13 hours. The only thing that was "extremely" important to me in that moment was cockroaches, but I also told the property manager about the carpet because he said he hadn't had the chance to check out the condo since it was cleaned and I was arriving early. I sent a msg to the # of Mike, who said to contact him directly with any issues, and asked for another condo even if it was smaller for same price, his reply was to ask me if I would like him to send a carpet cleaner. Several days after my arrival I was told that an exterminator would be by to spray. This was on the day my daughter gave birth. If things had went well with her and baby, they'd have been coming to the condo with me for the next week. My grandson had to be lifeflighted to Winnie Palmer in Orlando within hours of his birth, and then my daughter's body became toxemic shortly after. They were both in the hospital for the majority of my visit. I came back to the condo in the evening, and when I flipped on the light the first thing my eyes see is the kitchen....and cockroaches running across countertops. I stored ALL food in the fridge, thinking it would be safe. The day before I left I opened up the fridge and saw 2 roaches crawling inside a door shelf, and another on the top shelf alive on its back. The seal around the fridge door wasn't sealed around the top or bottom. I stored breads, sugar, flour, coffee, meats, salads and fresh vegetables, fruits, chips, spreads, snacks, and breast milk in there!!! I thought it would be my safe zone away from roaches, but I had to throw away $183 in groceries and the breast milk was priceless. As it turned out, what I thought was a water spill upon my arrival was the dishwasher. It leaked quite a bit. There was no mop, so I had to use the bathroom towels. The dining table chairs have cloth covers that shift when you sit. I discovered that I'd been sitting on one that appeared to have the large stain of a bowel movement on it. The sofa and loveseat were very uncomfortable. After a couple of days I lifted a cushion and found wooden boards were being used to reinforce them. The wall outlets wouldn't hold a plug. That was really strange! I had to charge my phone in my car. I was told I would get a refund. All I wanted was a place to stay without cockroaches. That's it. My grandson had to be lifeflighted from Clermont to Orlando within hours of his birth, and my daughter became extremely ill. The added stress I was under worrying about the condition of the condo honestly made me at my wits end. I was given a refund of $200 for my 13 day stay, which barely covered the groceries I disposed of. The price to rent this unit has dropped considerably since I was there a couple of weeks ago....it should not be able to rent out at all.

We…read moreactually had two houses due to our size-and they were located on different streets, with a short walk between them. The houses are very spacious-with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen/dining and living room spaces were large and perfect for us to gather and discuss business. The pool and patio areas were great for after work socializing. I'd give it five stars, but there were a few things that were done a little on the cheap-toiletries were on par with what you'd find at Motel 6 and there were only enough dishwasher packets and garbage bags for two uses. If you've got a large group like us, it wasn't sufficient. Those sorts of things aren't a huge deal-we went to the store and stocked up on more-but it's those small details that I think make a place deserving of a full 5 star review.
