My family had dinner here at the recommendation of a staff member from the hotel - I asked where he took his family, and this place was his answer. I see why! The waitstaff is friendly, the food is delicious and comes out quickly, and the restaurant itself is fun - bright colors, carvings on the chairs. I had the mole enchiladas and was a member of the clean plate club. My husband had the enchiladas with two over medium eggs on top and said they were really good. This place did so good I went in with next to no expectations but when we got our food the only thing that was holding me back was the temperature of the food it is served super hot but didn't have to much heat to it I ordered the bean and beef burrito smothered in green chili sauce and that was super good I don't know what the other reviews were talking about but the service here was super fast and helpful, unlike some other Mexican restaurants I've been to this one has to one of the cleanest not one sticky spot on my table and the floors were super clean and the music wasn't to big and it really sets a good mood for the place I will definitely be eating here again sooooooo goood read more

I was a little concerned about the likelihood of finding good food and service in a small town in the middle of the afternoon, but that was not an issue. One of our favorite places in town for mexican. They have great prices, kids menus and kids eat free on Wednesday--even better. But we really go for the refried beans--they are homemade and out of this world. My husband always gets their large burrito. read more

The refried beans had a strong lard flavor, and very greasy, not good. Rice was a bit hard. Guacamole was the best food item on the plate. My husband enjoyed his dish even though he said it did not have much meat or green chili, for $10.95. We probably would not dine here again when passing through to the Denver airport from the north. There's better choices out there. There was a dirty rolled up napkin laying on the table by the condiments upon being seated. The waitress removed it when I pointed it out to her. We were brought out wrong food or missing things, wrong drinks, when we asked for something (like extra sour cream) they just never brought it out. Priced okay and the service is fine. Never been when they are packed so not sure how the service or wait time is as I have never had to wait. It did take a little bit of time for the food to come. Would love to see better quality food. But then again this is Fort Morgan, thats rare. The kids love the decor and always finding something that catches the eye. Was very disappointed. Although it was my first visit, I'm not sure if I will give the restaurant another try. I brought my 7 year old and my friend with her new born to try it out. The service was very poor. We ordered an appetizer and it came at the same time the food came. Not to mention my daughter had to eat from my plate because her food was brought out 20 minutes later than ours and the person who brought it out wasn't even our waiter. Her food was hard as a rock. It took us 20 minutes more just to get our check, and there were not that many guests. Hopefully others have a better experience. read more
