We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casablanca Inn on the Bay and are already looking forward to coming back. One thing to keep in mind is that you're staying in a historic building, so expect all the charm that comes with that. For us, the location couldn't have been better. Having the Waterfront Café during the day and the Tini Martini Bar after 3 PM right on-site was the perfect bonus. As a couple, we also really appreciated that the atmosphere was primarily adults-only, which made for a relaxing getaway. We visited in July when it was absolutely scorching outside, but we were pleasantly surprised by how cool and comfortable our room stayed the entire time. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Peter, Edward, and Joe were incredibly friendly, hardworking, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. They made us feel like more than just guests. A special thank you to Miracle, who greeted us with a warm "Welcome home!" every time we returned. It was such a simple gesture, but it made us feel so welcomed and added a personal touch that we'll remember. Location, location, location is what we paid for and a cozy dog friendly room with a view. The unexpected surprise was the walkable historic downtown neighborhood. We were able to park our car in their guest parking area and walked everywhere. Loved the Tini Martini Bar that is adjacent to the inn. Best part is the 2 drinks per night and the fact that I could bring our drinks to our room to enjoy them in our own balcony overlooking Charlotte Street. This is specifically for Room 20. The bathroom had a shower with several knobs and shower heads. Takes a while for the water to be adjusted to the right temperature. The tub was slippery too. Very limited counter space made it tricky to get ready. There was only the one bathroom mirror above the sink. The king bed was perfect. The tv functioned and plenty of outlets for charging. Truly the biggest negative is no refrigerator in the room. I would swap out one of the nightstands for a mini refrigerator. The room was very cozy and clean. Yes it appears to be pricey, but breakfast being included, plus the Tini Bar makes it all worthwhile. Already booked our next stay because we truly had a wonderful time. read more

A quaint, charming and historic boutique hotel. It has an awesome location with a bay view. The tini martini bar is a nice bonus. There is coffee available in the lobby and bottled water in the room. The breakfast was fantastic! And you can enjoy it with your dog. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is parking included just a short walk away. Our room was located right next to the kitchen which made it extremely noisy late night and early morning. There was no hand soap in the room or shower gel. A mini fridge in the room is needed and sorely lacking. Given the pros and cons I still would recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your fur friend(s) but just know it is not quiet and has a great location. read more

We've been visiting this location since 1991, originally staying at The Secret Garden before it was bought by Casablanca Inn on the Bay, so we've experienced both over the years. They are dog-friendly, and the staff has always been very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciate. The location is great, with their own parking lot is within walking distance. Their restaurant has a lovely view of the water. This place is always bustling with people. That said, the rooms could really use some updating. Our most recent stay was disappointing, the toilet paper holder and towel rack were falling off the wall, the floor in the shower was stained, and while the shower pressure was great, overall the bathroom felt neglected. The AC was a window unit (which worked fine), but the blinds on the window were broken. Sadly, unless some improvements are made to the rooms, we likely won't be staying here again. We love the history and the location, but it's time for a refresh. A hotel can be and feel historical without feeling like it's old, decrepit, and falling apart. Please refresh your hotel rooms. I chose this inn for my wife and I to stay with our dog based on another app for finding places to stay when traveling with your dog. That other app had a 4.5 out of five dog bone rating. Unfortunately, our dog passed away two weeks prior to this trip so we did not get to assess it fully for its pet friendliness, but they do accept pets at this hotel and several were there when we stayed. Because of the antique status of this inn, the rooms and all of the accoutrements are very small. The rooms DO NOT have a small refrigerator, coffee machine, or small kitchenette in them. However if you bring a small coffee maker you have room to set it up. They have a coffee area inside the lobby with 2 Kurig machines. PARKING: off site - see the map I posted. Go up (one way) Hypolita street and turn behind Casa Maya. Go through the paid parking lot and look for the sign I posted as well. When you register you will get a hang tag to put on your car so you don't get towed. The staff was great even refunding my pet fee since our dog just passed. There is a long line to get into the restaurant and the martini bar hut if you come in the back and show them your room keys you get priority seating. You can also take the martini to go and sit on your room patio watching the people go by. We meet and talked to so many people that way. The couple and their dogs stay twice a year for the last 10 years for New Years - dedicated. The free breakfast is actually $15 off anything on the menu. You can have breakfast or lunch if you want. Just stayed over for a night in Room 5..." the most intimate " of the rooms. Yes...that would translate to small. However, if traveling solo it's perfect and the bathrooms are up to date and great. Best Things; Free parking spot Downtown; two free drinks at the Tini Martini; free breakfast at their restaurant; and of course, location! Worst thing: check in is a little tricky. They say to pull into the back driveway and run in. At checking, they give you the parking pass for around the corner. Issue is not being able to get into the driveway. After going around the block three time I gave up and paid for an hour of parking out on the street! read more

Perfect location right in the center of everything that you need to see, visit or eat. We stayed in the back suite big bathroom and lovely bedroom. Had her own porch. Nice thing was breakfast was part of the hotel and was a very good breakfast selection. We are also awarded 2 free martinis every night . Great way to start the evening . The location is perfect! A short walk to restaurants, shopping and all the beautiful Christmas lights are all around you! The front desk people were pretty nice considering the whole town was with out internet. Thankfully they had everyone's reservation noted on paper and they use actual keys for access. Tini's will give you preferred seating when staying there, which is nice. Sadly, no one informed me of this. I overheard another person talking about it after waiting to be seated. The 2 free drinks a day is nice. I would have preferred to take my drink to my room but that wasn't allowed. I stayed in room #3. It's perfect for 1 person. The room is pretty small. It is located by the back dumpster where the staff was outside smoking and painting furniture at 730am. To the owners- Thank you for placing a heater in the room! - Deep Cleaning is needed. I didn't used the a/c thankfully. It is disgustingly dirty. The bathroom needs some serious T.L.C. The toilet seat was broken and the shower was gross. If it wasn't black mold then the grout needs replaced. The remote has no back on it. - make sure your front staff explains how things work. Ie .priority seating in bar and restaurant, the staff may wake you up early do sleeping in isn't an option.etc -advise people who book that they may need to carry their luggage a block. (I didn't have wheels on my bag so carrying that far was a lot) It truely is the little things that makes people come back. read more

My favorite place to go to when I'm in Saint Augustine and if you haven't been to Saint Augustine during Christmas time, it's a must go. It's like the North Pole went to Florida and a Hallmark movie lol it's literally magical that town not only it's at the oldest city in America, but so much history From 400 years ago to 100 years ago when flagger made it really popular with social lights and made it really popular today from history from Edison to Tiffany glass to MLK to Hemmingway Rockefeller, JP Morgan flagger really made his mark here and made this place more historical But back to Casablanca Inn . It's a cute little cozy hotel to stay at it's lit up like nobody's business at Christmas time one of the most iconic places to go to during Christmas they have an outside patio bar overlooking the water called the tin martini bar, which is so popular And so cute and really good martinis not only do you get free parking when you stay the night there you also get a complimentary continental breakfast and everything phenomenal and it's the smallest martini bar. And the inside bar is the smallest martini bar in America maybe in the world but definitely in America. Here are some pictures. Enjoy it. I will never be able to express how amazing this hotel is. Our whole family stayed there for my nieces wedding and I cannot believe how the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We expected a nice bed-and-breakfast that was quaint and decent and we received five star treatment, incredibly unique, beautiful and clean room. And a vibrant nightlife and beautiful restaurant. And they are generous with free FULL breakfast and free HUGE martinis at night in a venue that has a line down the street with locals waiting to get it. If you are a hotel guest, you can skip the line! Every staff member was above and beyond kind and accommodating. This is a hard one. The check in lady was super nice. The room, odd but clean. The bed was really soft. The breakfast included was perfect and the parking was included and close. However, it was sooooo loud. You could hear every single step from the people above. The restaurant is essentially attached and when we came out in the morning , there were empty cups in the small area outside the door. Would I stay there again, no. The room was beautiful and in an excellent spot to just be able to walk around historic st Augustine at our leisure. Super friendly staff and the accompanying cafe and bar are equally delicious. Very clean and definitely worth every penny. You get a huge bang for your buck. They also have a parking area reserved for guests that is a short walk away from the inn but they allow you to unload your belongings after checking in before you have to move your car. Not a hotel, this is a restaurant that rents rooms. Our space consisted of three rooms, so small there was nowhere to place a suitcase(ended up using a couch in the room that was unbearably hot). The middle room has the air conditioner and has to be kept too cold to make the back room (the bed) comfortable. The front room gets no air and appears to be uninsulated so by noon it was unbearably hot. The shower controls were complicated and we never really figured them out. read more

Yes this place is a three star however my wife and I come back every year for our anniversary. It's a very old converted home in the middle of downtown St. Augustine. Yes it needs a good cleaning and some repairs however location and cost can't be beat . Some rooms are pet friendly and The rooms comes with free parking and free breakfast and drinks at the attached restaurant. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but had to leave and get refunded. The room smelled like mold/mildew. It was bad. We stayed for a little while with the fans on, but it didn't help. My wife's throat started to hurt and she then started to have breathing issues. We were offered another room for the first night, but they didn't have anything available for the second night. We decided it wasn't worth staying and risking our health. I just read a few other reviews where black mold was mentioned. With the rate they charge, there's no excuse why they can't fix this problem. I will notify the health department. The location is great. The staff is great. The room was nice. I really loved this property. I stayed in Room 10 (Celebration Suite) The balcony alone makes it worth renting! I wanted to spend my whole trip there. Looking out over the bay at night was beautiful. The very kind woman at the front desk really made mine and my son's Mom/Son getaway very special. She made sure our trip to Casablanca Inn was very memorable. There were multiple foreign hairs on the walls of the small shower and the corner was caked with black growth. It makes me wonder if the Casablanca Inn cleans the rooms and bathrooms at all. Dirty rooms! There's a piece of (I'm assuming) dirty clear tape on the inside of the blanket. The surface tops are dusty and the floors feel grimy. The AC window unit's filter was filled with funk and clearly hasn't been cleaned in months, so I had to walk down to the front desk to have the staff clean it off. It made the bedroom smell like mildew. You can't seem to walk in a direction where staff aren't smoking cigarettes outside. In a very public setting, we heard one of the staff members say "I'm so over this job" for whatever was going on with her. This national staffing shortage is no excuse for their rooms to be in such gross shape. Perhaps they shouldn't open a room up for guests if it's not even generally clean. If a business is in the hospitality industry, rule of thumb should be not to open rooms up if they're in such a disgusting condition. Not sure what the Casablanca Inn's standards of clean are, but this is unacceptable for paying guests. read more

I'm shocked at all the bed reviews for this place! We had an amazing time - the hotel is located in a great spot and we had no problems with cleanliness within the hotel. Parking isn't ideal but it's not far of a walk. I will add the streets are pretty narrow so it's going to be harder the bigger the car. The martini bar was great and I loved how we got a free drink, the breakfast was also really nice! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to friends/family! read more

Absolutely the cutest place. The room was wonderful, the shower was amazing, 5 different heads coming at you after a day of walking. The bar and food very nice. Loved Nekeshia she showed us to our room and where to park, Lisa bartender was so much fun to chat with. I recommend staying here, the view at night is the best. One bad thing is that there is a 3 inch step going from the inside to the veranda with no markings and I fell hurting my knee and ankle. We were in a renovated room. Although "room" that looked renovated was the bathroom. The on-site staff seem to be very attentive and responded to our small needs. We had a garden access room. (Room 30) that has steps going up to the room and they lie down into the garden. We were able to bring our dog with us. We were given coupons for breakfast each morning at the restaurant directly across the street called Neiros (spelling??). If you choose to use your breakfast coupons at their restaurant, I would recommend that if they are taking your order by memory or if they are writing it down that you kindly ask them to repeat what you just ordered because if you don't, you will not get what you ordered. And if you get what you ordered, you will be visited a few times by the weight staff who seemed quite confused on a slow day as to where two plates of breakfasts belong. Maybe just a little too early for the kiddos to be working. One staff who made 2 to 3 mistakes for our very simple breakfast kindly told us that he apologize that he's still waking up. The omelettes were very large and fluffy with ricotta cheese, and the french toast made with challah bread. The main building is old however the room was nice. We did have a gecko in our room it didn't bother my husband ( who was a peace corp volunteer) but it is something I am not quite use too. Keep in mind there are geckos all over the area. The breakfast was good They were out of fruit and muffins but it was fine for us. All in all great place close to every thing. Paid for a luxury king room; the room is very dirty, and not worth $250 a night. The location is great but that is all. The room is tight and cramped nothing like the pictures shown online when booking. Parking sucks and is a walk to and from hotel with luggage, there unloading spot is a joke and can take 1 car before you are blocked in. The up keep in the room is clearly not being done. There was rice all over the patio furniture and a broke pot as well as the molding connected to bed is coming off wall. Bed is very uncomfortable and there is black mold on the ceiling. Just very disappointed. It's a bait a switch; pictures look nothing like what you get. Will never stay here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! STAY AWAY! I stayed at the Casablanca Inn in 2004 and loved it so much that I booked a room on a recent trip to FL. - Upon arrival, I was instructed to park my car behind the Inn on the alley. Lugging the baggage from there into the lobby and then up the narrow stairs and hallway to our room was not fun, especially with no A/C! - There is nobody there to help you with carrying luggage, or anything else for that matter! The front desk person was nice, but clearly had her hands full! - The actual parking lot is BLOCKS away! - The door to our room wouldn't open all the way because there was a HUGE dresser in the way on one side of the door and a sofa right up to the opening on the other! - The room was extremely cramped. In fact, I had to squeeze my body (I'm pretty this) between the bedpost and wall to get to my side of the bed. - The phone charger outlet on my side of the bed didn't work. - The window unit A/C was pumping it's little heart out, but there was a huge gap underneath the door to the patio and around the unit itself, so the room never really felt comfortably cool. - There was a streak of what looked like blood across the middle of the bathroom door. - The bathroom sink was badly cracked, as was a tile on the bathroom floor. - The exhaust fan in the bathroom was absolutely filthy! - The bathroom sink faucet was rusting out. - The floors were very dirty, with built-up black in the corners. - One of the chair cushions was not zipped, and the filling was exposed and stained yellow. - The curtains were ripped and dingy. - There was no way of contacting the front desk from our room - no phone! - I never did learn where the ice machine was, as I didn't want to walk through the very public lobby/restaurant/bar with my jammies on. - The BEST part? After the trauma of getting settled in our room, and the disappointment with all of the above, we needed to rest, so we decided to get ready for bed, stay in, and watch some movies. The icing on our cake: the remote didn't work and the front desk said the maintenance man had already gone home for the night, and there was nobody else she could send up to fix it! So, no TV, no movies! The amount of money we spent ($185) for what we got was absolutely ridiculous! I didn't want to dwell on our bad experience while on vacation, but once I returned home, I called and told someone that I was very unhappy and wanted to get some type of refund. She said she'd call me back. She didn't. (BIG surprise!) Then, after several days, I called again and asked to speak to the manager. The manager listened to my complaints and asked me what I was hoping for. I said I would like a refund of some type. She said she'd call me back. When she called me back, she said that, on top of my AAA discount for the room (WTF!?), she was willing to refund me $50! We kept on thinking about a hunted hotel and going on a ghost tour so we decided to look up places and found this place and 2 ghost tour we tried out Let's start out by saying the location and staff are great But the hotel is super nasty and old falling apart and seem like whoever paints this place doesn't like painting because they paint all over the place our room had ants and roaches the A/C was super loud . The fan above the bed didn't have a string to turn on and off the light . The shelf on top of the hot tub was falling off .the breakfast and brunch they have is not free for the amount you paying for this hotel I think you should get it free plus the rooms are not worth the price .we picked this place because of the scary stuff we heard but seem like nothing came up on us ..you only get a credit of $25 each day for breakfast or brunch this hotel needs to be updated .the food is great .the hall way was super hot they keep the A/C off in the halls. read more

We stayed in room 8. We were highly disappointed with the furnishings in the room. The chairs were dirty and ripped. The king size bed squeaked so badly and we were woke up every time we rolled on either side. It was impossible to stay asleep. The door to the bathroom didn't even close all the way. I banged my knee really badly on the foot board because there was hardly any room between the footboard and the wall. It was extremely hot in the room and we stayed on a cold night. This place has gone down the tubes for sure. Save your money and stay at the best western. read more

We came to Casablanca inn on the bay for Brunch after a night in St. Augustine. It was a lovely place to arrive at, but there was just Something ... off... Not sure. Our server, Bryan was good. But he wore his sunglasses for every interaction.. except when he dropped the bill off. I ordered the omlette and it was tasty, but the potatoes were cold. The boyfriend ordered something else, and his eggs - which should have had liquidy centers were hard. That was disappointing, but the coffee was good. Very cute historic inn in the bay. Our room was comfortable and clean, we faced Charlotte street which allowed us to do a lot of people watching from our veranda. We also had lots of shops and restaurants within a few steps from our Inn. The staff absolutely made this short vacation a super fun trip. Nikki and Miracle were warm and welcoming at the front desk. Breakfast and martini vouchers are given for each day. We can't wait to return next year ! read more

I'm really struggling to rate the experience we had during our 2 night stay for my 25th birthday. I LOVED this place. Upon arrival we were told our room was receiving new furniture and check in would be no earlier than 4pm. No big deal for us, we just needed to be able to change before 4:30 for a concert we were attending. They gave us directions to park (it's not far at all), and breakfast/martini vouchers (one per day per person). After exploring the city we decided to return around 3 and enjoy martinis while we waited. THE MARTINI BAR IS SPECTACULAR. Amazing service, friendly staff. At 4 we were informed at check in, our room wasn't ready. Some of the furniture hadn't arrived. So they upgraded us to room 10, with the beautiful, private, bay view balcony!! I was over the moon, happy to experience that good birthday luck! It's important to note though, the woman at 4 was different from when we first arrived, and she was speaking to us as if we had already been informed of the change. I told her I had not but expressed my happiness. When arriving the room was clean, with a beautiful bathroom, and the balcony was everything!! The bed was so comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed the balcony before breakfast at 8 which was delicious. Our server Daisy was great, she really went above and beyond. The bartender was awesome as well! Just amazing customer service!! We then returned to our balcony. That is where our good experience came to an end. A man came to our balcony to water the flowers. It was basically a jump scare. He then didn't respond to a single thing we said to him, and walked away. About 10 minutes later he appears in the room 7 balcony and after watering those flowers lingered behind a wall peering his head around at us several times with what looked like a phone in hand. I didn't like that at all so we left. St. Augustine is hot in August. Very hot. So around 3 we decided sitting on the balcony was all we wanted to do for the rest of the day. We were looking up restaurants nearby to order takeout to enjoy with martinis from downstairs when a man we had never seen before (not wearing a Casablanca shirt) appears on our balcony very rudely telling us we needed to leave the room instantly, that guest had arrived and they need our room. We are being moved. He was acting like we had been missing and no one could get ahold of us. Acting like we knew we were supposed to be out of the room. We had no missed calls and had no knowledge of this so I went downstairs to speak with the front desk. The woman downstairs was the same as when we first arrived, and she was not as nice this time. Telling me I was told the night before that my upgrade was only for the night, when I wasn't. Telling me I had to leave immediately to the room just behind ours room 11. I was crushed. When returning the room 10 key I caught a glimpse into what was being said about my husband and I. The guests in line right in front of me were the room 10 guests. They were upset, asking if we had been found. Laughing at a comment that had been made by the front desk clerk earlier about her "calling the jail to see if we were there". I was very offended by this, as we had not received so much as a phone call/text. When it was my turn I had no words, so I just handed her the key. She gave me 2 free martini tickets "for the trouble". I went back to our new room which was hot and humid, as if the AC hadn't been on in days. The bathroom was the hottest, and it smelled as if it had just been used. There were no open outlets, except in the bathroom, where there was 1. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The shower was barely big enough for 1 person, and had not been cleaned. This all made me so sad. Our plans had been ruined for the night due to a lack of communication on the front desks end. 2 free martinis didn't fix that for me. We decided to go down to the bar to try and cheer ourselves up, and the martinis were spectacular. We had dinner at Harry's which was great. When returning to the hotel I went to the front desk to ask about checkout and the lady seemed very annoyed. It was the woman that gave us our room key the night before. I say all of this to say our experience started off great! We would definitely consider coming back to stay in room 10. However, our experience ended terribly, with little to no apology or accountability. I would not stay in room 11 ever again. And I do hope to spend many more nights in the Tini Martini Bar. I do wonder what would have happened if they hadn't "found us". Would they have moved our things? Would they have asked us to stop what we were doing on our vacation to fix their mistake? Would they have refunded the people who planned to stay in room 10 and house them in room 11? Who knows, but ALL options are bad customer service. What a great place to stay.... right in the heart of everything... easy walking distance to just about anything. Upon check in you get a voucher for martinis at the attached martini bar and a voucher to apply toward brunch at their restaurant in the morning. The decor is nice and classic. I can't wait for our next visit. My one complaint is that they don't do one night bookings on the weekends. read more

This place is absolute and utter trash. My husband and I booked two nights here the first week of December for the Nights of Lights. We checked reviews before going, and it had some mixed reviews, but seemed overall okay. It was right in the heart of where we wanted to be. At almost $400/night, we also assumed it must be okay. We checked in at the front, the lobby was older and tight but assumed it was because of all the Christmas decor. We were given instructions on how to drop our bags off in the back of the hotel (next to the dumpsters) and then instructions on where to park (again next to another set of dumpsters). Had trouble locating our room initially, so I asked a waiter who was walking in the back where the room might be and he responded, "I dunno, ask the front." We finally located our room, Room 5, which were AGAIN right next to the dumpsters. Entering the room, initially it seemed okay, but entirely too small. There was nowhere to put our bags, except on the floor, the bed was entirely too small and tucked into such a small corner, you had to side shimmy when getting out of the bed. We went out, did a carriage ride and came back and there were multiple Palmetto Bugs on the floor. For those of you that don't know what Palmetto Bugs are, they're basically giants roaches with wings. Now thoroughly grossed out, we got rid of them immediately, but the room had the smell of trash due to the proximity to the dumpster. We showered and crammed in bed. The air conditioner was a window shaker that turned off and one every two minutes, making it very noisy. When the staff was finished for the night, we could hear their conversations right outside, clear as day. During the night we didn't sleep a wink. We decided that staying one more night was not in the cards for us. At 6am we got dressed, went to breakfast down the street and came back and immediately checked out. While checking out, the woman at the front, who was polite enough, almost knowingly asked what was wrong with the room. I asked if they do refunds or partial refunds, and she said no. I had paid in cash initially when we arrived (should have been a red flag that they didn't ask for a credit card for incidentals). She said that the cash was already deposited at the bank and they could offer me a gift card. Somehow they found a bank that was open between 5pm when we checked in on a Friday and 7:30am when we checked out on a Saturday. So now I have a useless $400 gift card for this poor excuse of a hotel. My next move is to call the health inspector. Do not waste your money or time on this place. It is disgusting and not worth a dime. I used to have fond memories of St. Augustine but now I have a bad taste in my mouth because of this place. read more

I am giving the facility a 2 stars because of the room. St Augustine is historic and the buildings have a history and are majestic but you have to stay on top of maintenance. Number 9 room is in the main building and you have to climb two flights of stairs for those who can not. The floors are uneven with transition pieces in between that sit considerably higher than the flooring. The bathroom door is like breaking into Fort Knox. There is no way someone can go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking up your partner or even the guests next door. Hint, leave the door open. The toilet sits maybe a foot above the floor. It is old and little. The sheet coverings or so called bedspread was stained. Never did figure out the TV, it came on but you couldn't change stations. The private patio was not private but shared with other rooms. It was not taken care of or swept and the window a/c's were old. The one in the room window next door had a bucket under it because it leaked and the bucket was full so the water ran on the deck. Our deck over looked the garbage cans and the workers break area where they would come out and talk loudly and smoke. The room description says a view of beautiful sunsets. We had bamboo trees, garbage cans and employees. Lastly the ceiling fan over the bed would not turn off. The light had a chain but the fan did not. Even when we turned the switch off it still stayed on. Made for a cool night. Especially since we did not sleep under the covers because we felt they had not been washed. We loved, loved , loved the front porch view and the drink menu and breakfast was delicious. Our server, Edward was professional and delightful. Great location, right downtown. If they would update their facility and make it clean we would stay there again. Until then absolutely not. read more

The staff was super nice. The location is great. The free daily breakfast and martinis were a great perk. But the hotel is so, so unclean. I walked around the room after getting out of the shower and my feet were so dirty from the floors. I was super grossed out and had to go buy some socks to wear around the room. The air purifier had a cake of dust on it. The whole room smelled musty. After noticing all of this I really wondered if the sheets were clean. The whole place just had an ickiness to it. I think all the cleaning staff does is literally replace towels and empty garbage. And they have the nerve to leave out an envelope to tip the cleaning staff. Uhhh no. Gross, gross, gross. read more
