They were having a sale on Serta stuff, so we scored a great deal on an amazing pillow top and the fella helping us managed to get us a base and some comfy pillows thrown into the deal. I left feeling like I got exactly what I wanted at a good price. Can't beat that. Delivery was equally painless. They called me on the morning of delivery to give me a three hour window and then brought the bed precisely when they said they would. The morning of I had to email our salesperson who then called back and said delivery will now be delayed for 2 days. I sent an email after the phone call to express my dissatisfaction and asked what type of compensation is normally given in this case (waived delivery fee, free pillows etc.) I could think of many ways to help mend this disappointment and inconvenience. But no email was returned and no phone call made. Our delivery came late on the new scheduled date but the delivery guys were top notch! They really made the experience better.
