I have been to multiple chiropractors in the past, gotten injections and many different types of treatments to help with my SI joint pain, with no results. Dr.Harris was very honest and informative about everything throughout all of my visits. I have been seeing Dr.Harris for about 2 1/2 months now, and my back has not felt this good in years. The scheduling at this office was also a big concern for me too, being a college student I often got caught up with homework and other things but the office has been so great at being flexible with my schedule. I have been going to Dr. John for 35 years so he knows every inch of my body and he knows where the pain is before I even tell him. I am tempted to not say anything since I dont want too many people taking up my time slots with Dr Casalino, haha, but this man is awesome. First appointment, he sits down and asks you questions, gets your whole spinal history, and really wants to find the underlying issue for any pain you have. I cannot emphasize the importance of him asking you questions. Too many chiros think that there is a cookie cutter approach to spinal care and they are wrong. Dead wrong. I started out doing sessions twice a week to really correct the issues in my back then moved to once a week and now once every two weeks. He has given me advice on how to change what I do each day and how I should physically approach things to better my back and my health. Love this man. For the first time in my life I had pinched nerves in my upper and lower back which were causing my left hand and foot to go numb, it is uncomfortable, painful, annoying and I couldn't sleep. Wow. Just wow. I love this place. Dr John Casalino is amazing and Dr Dyana is equally awesome! Years ago a friend recommended I try out this chiro as I was having pain from playing rugby (and I'm a huge fan of being adjusted, it's so helpful to your overall health). Dr John adjusted me a few times and I felt so much better. Recently I've had issues with a torn calf muscle and a separate incident with pain in my elbow (eek... old age! :p), and after scheduling at the last minute was able both times to see Dr Dyana. She was SO helpful!! She answered all of my questions/concerns and fixed me right up... I felt results IMMEDIATELY. I don't know what I'd do without her (and previously Dr John). On a side note, the ENTIRE staff is super friendly and helpful. I've been in pretty severe pain and they were able to get me in same day knowing I couldn't wait any longer to see someone. I've also never waited more than two minutes to be seen, which in my very humble opinion is a RARE find at doc's offices around here. This office also works with all types of insurance (and obviously you don't NEED insurance to see them).... I think I've been through at least 3 providers through my years going to this office. Dr. John and team are fabulous. I came to see them in February for problems with my shoulder and neck. They were able to finally get the muscles to relax and adjust my neck and upper back to get me back in alignment.
