Guitarists, I have some very good news. My wife is a licensed massage therapist that provides additional services like LED Light Therapy, Reiki and Lymphatic drainage massage.  My favorite pastime is playing my guitar. In recent years, just like my mom, I developed arthritis in my fingers. I pay the price if I do any chores which stress my fingers out. Lifting heavy, exercising with weights, turning a screw driver all exacerbate my arthritis, The only relief/remedy I have is to actually play in the morning. It loosens my fingers up a bit, but it never leaves.  One day I asked my wife if the LED Light Therapy would work on my fingers. Boom, she sets me up for a thirty minute session. The next day my fingers felt noticeably improved, but I had dramatic results. More flexibility but better, a lot of the swollen pain in my fingers diminished. I plan on doing this 2 times per week and will keep you in the loop. read more

Originally she came to our hotel just to give my fiancée a Swedish massage, but when I found out she also did deep tissue I had her work on me as well. Michelle did a superb job of relieving all the stress in my neck and back, which makes her the only other person to do that other than my regular therapist back in NJ, who I see twice a week. I am not someone who normally writes reviews but felt that the lymphatic massage that I received from Michele warranted a five star one! She is professional, caring and really knows her stuff! I came out to visit a friend in Phoenix after taking a little time off from work to recover from surgery. I had some issues with swelling and my friend told me to give lymphatic massage a chance. She was right! I had immediately felt better after and noticed a big difference with the swelling. I highly recommend Michele as she made the rest of my visit so much better and more comfortable. Michele was amazing!! She was kind, extremely pleasant and took the time to review my neck issues. I had a stiff neck and extremely tight shoulders for weeks. I had tried everything from acupuncture and other types of therapies for relief. I made an appointment for a deep tissue massage with Michele and she went above and beyond by doing trigger point and cupping. In my quest and trying different deep muscle therapists for old Dave that seems to carry the world on my shoulders and want to be sure I don't shake and cause earthquakes, Michele is great. She really knows the body and her depth of experience with "pains in the neck" like me is obvious. She keeps busy with a wide range of clients from athletes with big muscles that pull out joints to old slobs like me. I have recumbent exercise bike and a weight thing in my living room but just staring at it doesn't help my body. Having been trained centuries (well decades) ago in Esalen and having taught Esalen massage for couples I know massage from both ends (client and giver), although I have never done professionally. While doing excellent massage Michele and I shared lots of detailed massage stuff.
