The 2 providers I've seen have great bedsides, listen to my concerns, gave me options on procedures I need to have done and are very thorough with the results and address any questions after the procedure. Dr. Vazquez was one of the most rude, inconsiderate doctors I've ever interacted with. A family member of mine is dealing with severe alopecia, and it's unfortunate that he's the only doctor in town with experience in this area because his bedside manners are absolutely abhorrent. He speaks down to you and interrupts if he disagrees with what was asked or spoken, he uses the fact that he records conversations with his patients as a way to threaten to you to stop disagreeing with him on what was said in previous appointments, and he uses his position as a man with authority to belittle the women who are seeing him. There's a reason our primary care physician told us that he has stopped recommending his patients to go see Dr. Vazquez, and this is exactly why. We should have listened. Read the room, Dr. Vazquez, and do a little work on yourself. Other doctors in town and your patients are talking about your gross behavior. I would never recommend him to anyone I know. read more

The dermatology section downstairs is good but the aesthetic part upstairs is horrible. I don't know if it's different people running it but the lady I went to upstairs for aesthetics was unprofessional, uninformed and blundering. NO manners and is just uneducated. I don't think I've ever written a review on Yelp. This is important, and seems to be the only way I can have any type of voice about my experience with a horrible doctor at Cascade. If I could select negative 100, I would. Please, do yourselves a favor. Do not make an appointment at Cascade with "Dr." Cassandra Wren. You will not get the help, or basic human respect you deserve. I have never been treated so horrible by any "professional", EVER. She was ridiculously rushed, rude, and extremely condescending. She did not listen to me. When I told her what I've been going through, for ten years, she showed no compassion. She cut me off every time I tried to explain this difficult issue. She refused to watch the 30 second video I made of my skin issues.She scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. The strangest thing was that she treated me like I was lying. Like?? She barely looked and did not touch my skin once. She stated things that weren't true, like saying that an area was just dead skin when it was totally fresh skin. Had she listened at all, she would have understood that THAT was the problem. She asked me a question, which I attempted to answered truthfully, then interrupted mid sentence, condescendingly asking WHICH issue I was there for. Apparently context and the truth was irrelevant . She assigned some generic BS diagnosis, "hormonal acne" though my symptoms are rather obviouslt NOT. She gave no explanations about her diagnosis, offered no advice about how to take care of my skin, and had no suggestions for helpful products. She prescribed me a drug I explained didn't work and had tried several times already. Now, her office is trying to bill me for a no show appointment! I NEVER MADE any appointment after leaving Cassandra Wrens office in tears. After being treated like a piece of trash, there is no way in hell I would ever return. The cosmetic area should stick to flu injections not anything on the face or body. The dermatologists were fine but the upstairs beauty section with their botox injection lady is a BIG NO. I went there a few months ago after they moved NO I am So disappointed and she is very argumentative in my opinion. She's not a dr. in my opinion has no knowledge about what she is doing and is in fact ONLY licensed for very little. In my opinion, she would be a better fit to inject flu shots NEVER botox or anything else that is going to be done on a person's body. I get the impression that the company hired the cheapest person they could find to do cosmetics. HORRIBLE That lady represents the company. They hired her and if that is the kind of person they would put in their clinic I am now afraid to go back to anyone at this place. I used to really like Dr. Richeterich but this makes me wonder if he's changed so much that he would open up this new clinic with such an incapable person to represent it. Charged me over $200 for a 5 minute skin consultation just to tell me my skin is fine.

I came in to have a consultation because I needed a pea size cyst removed that stayed irritated because where it was located. When I came in Dr. Vazquez, told me that I should wear sunscreen and tanning was bad for my skin because I looked liked I tanned. This was totally offensive and racist. Just because I am darker/tan skinned with blonde hair doesn't mean I tan. I am darker skinned because I am part Native American, but it doesn't mean I tan. I don't tan! After I had the procedure done, I took out the stitch's after the recommended time. The area that was cut out was large and left an ugly stretched scar. You couldn't pay me to go back. Times have changed, I would change making comments based on the color of people's skin. Ironic for a place that deals with skin. read more

She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and always generous with her time in recommending skin care products or what might be the best routine for my particular skin. She is kind and compassionate, and I know she genuinely cares about helping me have my best skin. I have highly sensitive skin and she is always cautious and gentle. They told me that they couldn't do anything for me and my rash wasn't actually "that bad" compared to others. I went to Revive Skin Health (the aesthetic side of Cascade Dermatology) back in July and got dysport in my forehead. Jen Rogers did my injections and she was so kind and informative, so this is nothing against her... but it did not work. I went back two weeks after my initial appointment because I still had full movement in my "elevens." She re-injected them and assured me they would freeze. I waited ample time for the dysport to work and ...nothing. My "elevens" still had plenty of movement. By the six week mark, I started to regain full movement in my forehead. I tried contacting the facility and have gotten no response. It's been months. I'm very disappointed in the fact that, 1) I paid a good bit of money for something that did not take, and 2) I have gotten no response or acknowledgement from the company. Again, Jen was great... but I am super unhappy. read more

The front administrative staff were very condescending and rude to my husband and he left without getting his skin cancer removed by Dr. Vazquez. He told me he arrived for his 8 am appointment and the girl at the front desk checking him in was an unmasked girl who told him he was required to wear a mask while in the office and gave him one. He asked as he put it on why she wasn't wearing one and she said she didn't have to because she was off the clock yet she was less than 6ft away and sitting at the desk checking him in. She then told him he needed to cover his nose with his mask. So I call the office manager Tina to let her know what happened and she proceeded to very rudely tell me she could not control.her employees. Without so much as a sorry from Tina she states to me and if you want to complain to OSHA or the state just remember we are a small private business you would ne doing that to.
