I took the sooner appointment (about a week out this time!) From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me! It was really a very exciting thing, I couldnt wait for each and every appointment I had. Dr. Daniels knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it, and he didnt make a single thing uncomfortable. He understood what I meant when I was trying to explain things, and he talked me through everything and really made sure I understood the WHOLE process. I saw Lisa yesterday and I totally disagree with this previous review. I think this person saw someone else. Lisa was genuinely caring, compassionate and very knowledgable. I am a RN so have a medical back ground, know how to treat patients in a kind, geniuine way and therefore can be critical of those who are not. I can see through fake kindness and knowledge. Lisa Ingold was wonderful. I was more than pleased with her knowledgable care. I would highly recommend her.
