We spent over $60 on gas only to be told they did not have a public restroom and needed to walk down the street to use one someplace else. Super rude dude at the counter. Avoid this place! read more

The gas is overpriced because it's the first stop for a while if you're coming from Portland. The gas attendants are nice. The one unisex bathroom is better than expected for being outdoor. There's a small bit of grass-ish area if your doggo needs a bathroom. A fine place for a super quick stop, it's got the necessities. read more

Just stopped in to get diesel on the way to washington...the lady who opened at 6a.m. took 75 dollars prepaid for or diesel...the truck only took 53.24...so I took her a quarter so I it should have been 22 dollars even back...told her just keep the penny...she tried handing me back 5 dollars...then proceeded to sit there and argue with me...brought my old man back in so he could try to explain to her what she was doing wrong because she was getting a little tiffy about my explanation....he came in...showed her what she did wrong too...and she still argued saying she only owed us 17 dollars...asked to see a manager and she said she's it...so to the owner...and to anyone stopping in there....watch out for that lady because she's either trying to get herself a little extra change or she just doesn't know how to count and if u tell her she's wrong...she gets attitude...skip this spot...still only managed to get 17 dollars back but at least she didn't get away with the 17 bucks she would have gotten if I would have taken the 5....yeah she pumped me up read more

I asked the woman politely if they had a restroom. She snapped at me and said NO, we gave it up!! She did not look up at me or have a nice tone in her voice by any means. I IMMEDIATELY went out and stopped pumping my gas and went down the street to finish filling up. I will NEVER stop here and will make sure my friends know to go down the street to the Chevron instead of this place. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! read more

Well, for being the only station open on thanksgiving day, I guess that gives tem some kudos. But the service was pretty shoddy. When I asked the guy in the store how he's doing, he said "well, I'm not dead". Cool. At least I got my cup of joe. Not thank you's from the guy. read more

It's never a good thing when you pull into an empty gas station and have enough time to wonder if there is someone coming out to help you or not; that happens to me every time I get gas here. The service I receive inside is fast and friendly, but I have only been helped by one gas attendant at this station and he never seems to be in a very good mood and he is always taking his sweet time. I can understand not being able to move very quickly due to age or physical issue, but if that is the case he really should be coming out to help people as soon as they pull up. The station is small enough that you can usually watch him finish up his conversation or task before slowly walking out to help you. After a couple times of this I now only get gas here if the other station in town is closed. Don't recommend getting gas here, use the Chevron. read more

I am disabled and it is very difficult for me to get around my car and put my gas. It seems to be a trick that most gas stations are doing now to avoid doing any work. I waited out here for quite some time before the guy saw me having difficulty popping gas and then finally came out, but it was too late. I already completed it. I wish these guys along with other gas stations would quit playing games. And I'm trying to take advantage of the new law. There are several gas stations that I will no longer go to in this one. First visit: I recently moved from Portland to Cascade Locks to be closer to my mother who is having some health issues. So, I needed another mechanic for my car. I saw that this shop got good reviews so when I thought my rear axle seal was leaking, I took it to them. It turns out my front axle seal was leaking and they said my air conditioning was leaking as well. I told them to check out the air conditioning but my priority was the axle seal. Well, they started on the air conditioning. I kept calling for updates on what was going on because they have no communication skills. They were going to charge me 800.00 for the air conditioning so I had them stop, because they hadn't even gotten to the axle seal yet. I paid them for what they had done already. I bought the sensor and the manifold and gauges for recharging the system and the coolant, which came to 100.00 and did that myself. Second visit: Melissa sent me a text that they would do the axle seal for a reasonable amount so I set the appointment for July 3rd, which she agreed to in the text. The morning of the appointment my mother had a medical emergency so at 1 am I went to Hood River. I got back home about 3 am and got an hours sleep, so I could make the appointment. My wife had taken the day off work to take me back home after I dropped the car off. I go to the shop and it is dark, no one is there and there is no notice on the door. Another customer was waiting as well and said the shop decided to take that day off. I could not believe it. No effort to contact me to reschedule, nothing. After I had made an appointment and rearranged my life, they decide to effectively tell me they don't need my business. They must have an incredible established customer base because from this treatment it seems they do not need any more customers. Well, they lost this one. I could not believe the lack of empathy, human decency or professionalism. Each person is said to influence 100 people in their social circle, I will make sure I tell everyone I can not to use this shop.

Sure they can do an oil change for a Ford focus but that's about it. Otherwise, don't recommend as they will not take responsibility for anything, including what they caused based on their inexperience and no knowledge. They should focus on on maintaining cars for their dealership and not for external customers.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS…read more I have had the most horrific dealings with this company. Business claims I was "cut a break", I disagree. I called this morning after a tow for a vehicle that my son was driving that had ran out of gas at mile marker 5 on highway 97. As you can see, vehicle was picked up and dropped off at the same location. I will say the vehicle was legitimately moved a few feet as it was across the fog line into the northbound lane. Vehicle was dropped after I paid and the driver was gone at 0130 yet I was billed until 3. In the call this morning to said company, I questioned the times billed. The lady I spoke with was instantly hostile and said that I was "cut a deal" and that she was going to now charge my card $800.00. I informed her that was illegal as the receipt clearly says one amount and she can not charge my card more and that if she did so I would dispute the amount with my credit card and press charges against her. She then explained the they bill by the hour from the time they are dispatched until they return. As the receipt shows, dispatch was at 1241. At 1249 I was called and notified that a tow truck was called. I drove to the location arriving at approximately 0120. I was told billing rate was $250 an hour but would be "cut a break" I paid and driver dropped vehicle and was gone within 10 minutes. I put gas in the vehicle from a gas can, spoke with the WSP trooper and drove into Goldendale and filled the car and the vehicle I was driving. I then stopped by my bank at 0200. If the call was dispatched at 1241, driver was gone by 0130 after having sat and waiting for me to arrive, there is no possible way he was out until 0300. I was then told the truck was out of Carson therefore accounting for the 0300 end time. 1. That is not true as clear by the dispatch time and the drop time. 2. Even if the truck went to Carson after dropping the vehicle, it is only a 1 hour drive. Make the math make sense. Even if I were charged the full rate and not "cut a break" I still paid more. The level of professionalism displayed by this business is non existent. The fact they are "the only tow company contracted with WSP" they feel that they are entitled to rip off private paying people. The company also told me that they should have towed the vehicle to their tow yard as I as the owner of the vehicle and the person paying for the tow has no right to say where the vehicle is towed. The receipts I have posted prove my claim of being over charged. I would never recommend this company for any business. If they cheat for their tow, imagine how much they overcharge for any other service they provide.

I seriously do not like leaving negative reviews but I have noticed each and every time I go in there..there is a certain cashier a older lady with glasses who smells like cat urine and I have herd her bash some of the other employees including her boss.
