Let me just say, I am well traveled and I've never experienced such a welcoming gas station in my life as this place. Their food is absolutely delicious! We shared a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burrito. It was amazing! Probably one of the best burritos we've ever had! We will definitely come here again on our next vaca to Mt. Hood. We even met the manager on duty who was so nice! You guys are the best!

The store has a variety of snacks, drinks, sodas, candies, ice creams, bread, milk, grocery items and a meat shop as well. They sell liquors in the store too. Surprisingly the store had really good cooked food too. We saw pizza, chicken pieces, sausage, brisket, ribs, chops, pulled pork on display. Since we were really hungry we got two chicken legs with mac and cheese on the side. The friendly staff prepared the meal within couple of minutes. We sat down in the front corner of the store that had few tables. The chicken was moist and had a really good taste. Mac & cheese was decent too. Given the limited options around the vicinity, this shop is good place for a quick bite and grocery shopping.

Stopped by here on my way down from Crown House because my gas light came on, and I saw a sign that…read moresaid gas. I had actually seen the sign on the way up, but hadn't seen where the gas pump was. Now that I saw it, I parked right in front of it. As soon as I finished parking, I could see that I would need to re park in order for the pump to reach my tank, but I was pumped in a legal way which made it obvious that I was there to use the gas, so I figured I'd straighten it out after I paid. As I walked through the door, I noticed an unexpectedly cute selection of items, and also smelled and saw some food. I started to think, after I get gas, I'll move my car and then look around and maybe get something to eat here. But these thoughts were interrupted by someone yelling at me. "You need to come in and line up this way!" Bewildered, I looked around. Was I the person she was screaming at? "Like this! This way!" I wanted to comply with her, but had no idea what she was demanding. I began to wonder if she was having a psychotic episode. What do you do if you walk into the market and the clerk is screaming at you with a really mean voice and hatred in her eyes? She looked like she was on a lot of pills. "So the gas can go in!" "Oh..." I finally responded, "Yeah, I need to re park my car, I can see that." She softened ever so slightly. "Well what can I do for you?" "Can I just get $20 worth of gas?" She began screaming at me again. "You need to park it so that the gas cap is next to the tank!" I was like, "Whoa," (the way you would say to a wild animal, which is how she was conducting herself), "I'm from California. I know how to pump gas." This put her anger on steroids. "YOU DON'T PUMP IT! WE PUMP IT!" At this point I interrupted her to sort of scoff at her and say, "Okay, I'll re park my car, there's no need to get upset." I kind of laughed at her and walked out with her still yelling. I was beginning to tune her out anyway cause it's hard to listen to people when they're screaming like that. I re parked my car. A man, who gave off the vibe of being her son? Came out and pumped my gas. I said thank you. I would want to check this place out again but seeing this lady would be a major deterrent.

Easy on/off 26 (including one entrance at a traffic light), and easy access maneuverability to the pumps. As mentioned, there's also easy access to the main Fred Meyers store. Service. (4.5/5). This station had full service pumps. Being from a different state, we hadn't seen these in many years. The attendant was friendly, and helpful, reminding us that there's a discount with a Fred Meyers loyalty card. We have a membership but didn't have the card with us. He successfully put our telephone number in to get the discount. The "full service" only included pumping the gas; we're of an age that we remember when the attendant would also wash the windshield. We're not sure if there were self-service lanes. Value. (4/5). We paid $3.61/gallon (Sept 14, 2024), which included a $0.03/gallon membership discount. The gas station in Welches was advertising $3.55 on their sign. We're rounding up our rating to 5.0.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS…read more I have had the most horrific dealings with this company. Business claims I was "cut a break", I disagree. I called this morning after a tow for a vehicle that my son was driving that had ran out of gas at mile marker 5 on highway 97. As you can see, vehicle was picked up and dropped off at the same location. I will say the vehicle was legitimately moved a few feet as it was across the fog line into the northbound lane. Vehicle was dropped after I paid and the driver was gone at 0130 yet I was billed until 3. In the call this morning to said company, I questioned the times billed. The lady I spoke with was instantly hostile and said that I was "cut a deal" and that she was going to now charge my card $800.00. I informed her that was illegal as the receipt clearly says one amount and she can not charge my card more and that if she did so I would dispute the amount with my credit card and press charges against her. She then explained the they bill by the hour from the time they are dispatched until they return. As the receipt shows, dispatch was at 1241. At 1249 I was called and notified that a tow truck was called. I drove to the location arriving at approximately 0120. I was told billing rate was $250 an hour but would be "cut a break" I paid and driver dropped vehicle and was gone within 10 minutes. I put gas in the vehicle from a gas can, spoke with the WSP trooper and drove into Goldendale and filled the car and the vehicle I was driving. I then stopped by my bank at 0200. If the call was dispatched at 1241, driver was gone by 0130 after having sat and waiting for me to arrive, there is no possible way he was out until 0300. I was then told the truck was out of Carson therefore accounting for the 0300 end time. 1. That is not true as clear by the dispatch time and the drop time. 2. Even if the truck went to Carson after dropping the vehicle, it is only a 1 hour drive. Make the math make sense. Even if I were charged the full rate and not "cut a break" I still paid more. The level of professionalism displayed by this business is non existent. The fact they are "the only tow company contracted with WSP" they feel that they are entitled to rip off private paying people. The company also told me that they should have towed the vehicle to their tow yard as I as the owner of the vehicle and the person paying for the tow has no right to say where the vehicle is towed. The receipts I have posted prove my claim of being over charged. I would never recommend this company for any business. If they cheat for their tow, imagine how much they overcharge for any other service they provide.

Called at 430 to the main office and we had to set an appointment. Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. Basically you have to have an appointment and be out of the yard by 430 or they steal more money from you. Their sign has a vulture on it, which matches their garbage delaminated trailer office.
