    We haven't had internet now for 2 weeks. Twice, they have not shown up on the date scheduled but…read morerequired us to be available from 8-5. Now they say they will arrive tomorrow which will be our 3rd attempt. This equates to more than just loss of internet but 3 missed 10 hour shifts of work for me. Trying to actually talk to a person requires an act of God as the only option for communication is to do a "chat ". My problem is my internet so I CAN'T CHAT! When I finally got ahold of a human -after a 25 minute hold and a drive into town for a connection,he was very kind and made a next day appointment but that didn't happen as they had no linesman available. The second thing is that they charge the same as their competition (3.2 megabytes per second vs 100+ megabytes per second). The competition also has a tier system for how much you pay. CenturyLink charges you the same as folks getting 40 Mbps. The third thing is they charge $200 to cancel unless you suffer their service for two years. I got stuck with them by ordering DirecTV while living out of state and this was the bundle they offered. I just spent most of my tax return to sever ties with them. I just HATE to pay for garbage or pay $200 and getting nothing for it.
