We have had Vertechs relocate light fixtures in our ceiling and walls as well as relocate and add fire detectors. They have serviced our breaker box as well as interior and exterior outlets. Their technicians have always been polite, respectful and informative when explaining the issues they have discovered and how they conducted the repairs. Last week they were at our home as we were having issues with original outlets installed by the builder shutting off and becoming extremely hot. The problem was taken care of the same day I called as the issues were very serious to me. I really like the fact that I am informed of their progress and proximity to my home when they are coming to the house to conduct repairs. I also have 18 foot ceilings in parts of the home as well as in the stairway to the second floor and they are the only company I have found who will come out to change lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries at those ceiling heights. I highly recommend Vertechs, they are the only electrical company I will use and I feel very fortunate they do not find any electrical home service task too small to be willing to work on as other companies have. Took my money didn't finish my house, still a year later not signed off by county…read more This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly . First, let me say that we overall are very impressed with Renaud heating and cooling.However, we…read morehad a service called done last year, and after the service call, I noticed that our hvac unit, which is mitsubishi split unit was leaking during the summer, so I shut it off, and we didn't use it all summer. This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube,and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.

I called Renaud and they picked up on the first ring. A service tech (Gary) showed up at our house in Kalama within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes: a blown 3 amp fuse in the furnace blower section (in the garage) caused by a frayed wire in the bottom of the condenser unit (outside the house). He took the lid off of the condenser unit, climbed inside, repaired the damaged wire; all while it was raining. He replaced the fuse, and we were back online in less than 30 minutes. The service call and work was less than $300 and we were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and expertise. The price was affordable and we're grateful to Renaud.

I required exterior painting done on my two-story house and a 12x16 storage shed. I contacted NVC first based on other good reviews. After reaching out online they contacted me almost immediately, setting up an estimate within a day or two. I signed contracts a day after that. The owners, Johnathan and Sonia, are super-nice people. NV showed up exactly when they said they would and on time every single day. Stefany from the ofice staff is also incredibly pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and contacted me in advance before every visit, updating me and relaying requests from the crew each day during the job. They told me up front I could probably find a cheaper contractor, but not one that would do they job they did. They didn't disappoint, working 12-hour days until the job was finished --- including immaculate cleanup each evening. The preppers and painters were kind and extremely hard-working. The first day the crew showed up early and spent a full day doing prep work, including pressure-washing, bubble-scraping, replacement of some rotting wood and a vent, and a lot of sealing. They did a ton of calking on my siding and even re-calked all my windows. They spent the second day putting two coats of high-quality paint on the house, and the third day applying two coats of trim, including gutters and downspouts. I have expensive security cameras and they were super-careful working around the cameras and cables, covering them when needed. They spent part of a fourth day checking their work, doing touchup and cleaning up. Johnathan gave me a final tour before wrapping up the project. My house is 26 years old and now it looks brand new and pristine. As happy and amazed as I am with the work they completed, I think I'm equally as pleased to have found such a diligent and professional local contractor I can trust and count on. I will be using them for a kitchen remodel next winter. There aren't enough stars, nor can I recommend this NV Contracting highly enough! Thank you!
