Cascade Orthodontics has always treated me and my family well. I currently have 2 of my boys as well as myself in braces. The care they show their patients is immeasurable! So much so that I recommended them to my sister and nephew. That's five in total being treated by Dr. Bush. I get constant updates and phone calls if any appointment changes need to happen. Gina in billing always goes out of her way to explain the finical portion so you understand. Rico at the front desk is always so welcoming. So much so that I noticed the kids who come in the office love talking with him. The staff in the back are always so polite. Not to mention the great music. The service was great in the beginning, which makes the recent experience even more disappointing. My child had a visit about two weeks ago, and his O-ties have already started coming off while he's brushing. At the visit before that, he was already missing some O-ties, so this seems to be an ongoing issue. Trying to get this addressed has been frustrating. When I call the office, the voicemail is full, so I can't even leave a message. Texting isn't much better--it takes about three days just to schedule an appointment, and sometimes messages are read but never responded to. It's concerning that communication and follow-up have declined so much, especially when the quality of the orthodontic work seems inconsistent. At the same time, payment is always expected promptly when we arrive. I really hope the office improves both their responsiveness and the reliability of their work. read more

My son started with getting braces here five+ years ago. He's already done with his now. They give a discount for the siblings, which is the only reason that I stayed because I had such a terrible time with my son. This place is super inconsistent. When it was my son getting his braces done you would show up for your appointment and end up waiting 30+ minutes to go in the back to be adjusted like they had too many patients. Both of the orthodontist that my kids have seen are super kind and I have no complaints about the doctors. When the second one took over, I don't know what happened to the office staff, but they disappeared and all the sudden there was a new staff upfront. We were getting automatic appointments sent to our email for random dates and times that you didn't ask for so you would have to call and reschedule anyway. Then that changed and I noticed I wasn't getting appointments so I called asking when my child was supposed to come in for adjustments. I would call leave voicemails and not get a callback. Eventually, I got a text back from the doctor himself who was kind enough to make an appointment for me. I don't know if they were short staffed, which I understand. It's been a couple months since my child has been in there and I didn't realize that they never sent me a new appointment so now she's going on a few months without being adjusted again. Hello, My family have been a client of Cascade since 2015. The old staffing and doctor were professionals. Today, the staff made my wife waiting and without anyone letting her know why she has to wait that long. The new staffing are younger and the doctor also is new. I do not recommend this place. They got a new dentist dr bush and every staff member that use to work there is no longer there. He's not caring he just is money hungry and wants to get you out his office as soon as possible. He is not concerned truly about your teeth. Me and my brother come here. We both are not happy with our braces / Invisalign treatment. Also the front desk is ran terribly. He brought his son to work the front. Very unprofessional. An AMAZING place to go for orthodontist care. I started out by taking my daughter in 2020 and now I decided to take care of my own teeth and now I am a patient as well. One of the reasons I chose to become a patient there myself is because it is such a wonderful experience. They all treat you like family especially Dr Bush he's amazing. They all actually truly care about what you want and will go above and beyond to help you regardless. Dr. Bush and his team are very accommodating and friendly. They were willing to work with me on my financing, sensitive to my pain levels, and always welcome a quick drop in to have a repair done. The office staff are probably the nicest and most informative people you meet in the place. The doctors don't tell you anything about what they are doing to your teeth they basically just put stuff in your mouth and give you your Invisalign's and tell you to leave. They also don't tell you when your new box of Invisalign comes in, it takes about a month before you have to call and ask if they have the new box and there answer, without fail, is "Oh it looks like we just got them in! When would be a good time to schedule your next appointment?" Honesty really isn't there best policy because from that answer I can tell they have had them for a while and just haven't called. Lastly they told me I was supposed to be done in August of 2023 it's currently November of 2023 and I still have 30 weeks until I might be done. All in all this orthodontics office could benefit from a little more attention to detail and telling there clientele what exactly is going to happen to there teeth. read more

My son loves it here. We got three different opinions and so far, happy we chose cascade for our son's treatment.

They forgot that my son was to get his braces off. Seems like they are too busy and forgot about us. They took impressions for upper teeth but then didn't make the retainer until asked. Same thing with the lower retainer. It's been a month and a half and we still haven't received it. They scheduled an appointment without asking if the day worked and didn't even advise us of the appointment. This place is a great place to get care. I got Invisalign and the process was easy and well explained. They offer payment plans and its not credit ran. I would say the best thing about this place is Dr. Em but the downfall is Dr.Em is the only ortho and he runs and works at three locations that I know. Olympia/FederalWay/Lacey. So locations would only be open on certain days. For example, W/TH he would dedicate those days to Lacey. So getting an appointment at the FW location would just not work on those days but only days he is at your specific location.
