He could see what he needed for aerials. We talked a bit. He said he would get me a quote in a day or two. After a week, April 5, I called him and left a message asking what was happening. Today, I called the main office number and spoke with Jennifer. I explained the situation and she said she would look into it. She called back and said they were have trouble getting equipment availability. I stated that Mike should have called and explained that. She proceeded to tell me that I should look elsewhere and she hung up on me. This, in my opinion, is extremely poor customer service.

My friend was with me and this happened to her to in another machine. I called and the lady was very responsive and nice and had her friend who was working next door refund us right away and we appreciated that. One of the dryers didn't work very well so I had to move those into another and lost a couple bucks... all in all it cost me $30 to wash which was way too much. Laundromat was clean and organized

He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. I challenged the team led by Dan and Josh to install a split system in my log home here in Manson…read more For obvious reasons I did not want the head units or line sets hanging off the external walls of my log home. They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener…read more I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.
