I love everything about Kelly's hardware. They have everything a hardware store should have. There is someone knowledgeable in just about everything they sell, and they share the information with confidence and a smile. They even have a pretty good selection of firearms, like cool and unique firearms that most shops don't even know exist. read more

Not a great selection, but they are trying to fill a unique niche. They have to supply the week to week needs of the locals, plus the summer demands of the occasional resident and visitors. People are great; friendly and knowledgeable. So even if you strike out once and a while, you still leave with a smile. read more

SHAME!! SHAME!!! Went in the site today, an employee who I think is the owner/or manager was inside the store need the from door, speaking to 2 customers..none of them were wearing masks.... I can't say enough at how helpful the people at Kelly's are! I was camping at the state Park in Chelan and went to town to find a cute place for breakfast. I went into Kelly's to ask for recommendations. A middle aged lady with brown hair and a sweet smile greeted me. I asked about good places to eat. She immediately picked up the phone and called three places to see if they were open. She then recommended a good place across the street! I then asked if they carried the connector tube that hooks to a camping stove, Brogan came over to assist me and took me to the camping isle. He told me that they were sold out. When he realized that I was currently camping, he opened a brand new camp stove and took the connector from that one to sell me! Everyone was Pleasant, helpful and seemed excited to assist in even the smallest sales! read more

It's nice to see a mom-and-pop outfit still in business. With the arrival of Walmart I didn't know if this place would survive, but the truth is Kelly's continues to have more variety and well stocked shelves. Whenever I'm in the area and need repair or start chuggin' on the to-do list more often than not I find what I need here. The plumbing department which actually sits in a different building across the alley is superbly stocked. I always, always find what I need here. read more

So much good stuff! So convenient! So friendly staff! On this most recent visit, I was impressed with their selection of bike gear. In a town without a bike store, I'm thankful to have such a rich selection. Yes, it's more expensive than Wal-Mart. I'm giving Kelly's 5 stars because the people who work there have always been so helpful and kind, but I want them to reconsider their careless attitude toward the pandemic. Have you considered how someone who lost a loved one to COVID might feel when they walk in and see employees with their masks pulled down? Or customers with masks dangling from their ears? Does it have to be YOUR loved one to make it matter to you? Please wear a mask properly in public places-- even if you personally believe there's no chance you carry the virus. read more

The only reason I gave 2 starts is because they actually had what I needed. As much as I hate to shop at large chain stores I would highly suggest checking with walmart up the road to see if they have what you need. If they do you'll save allot of money. I can understand inflating prices due to tourism but there's a fine line between inflation and downright screwing folks!! read more

Kelly's Ace is a light in a hard town. The people are genuinely friendly, and they seem to actually like their jobs, being helpful and honest. I hope Kelly's is always around in chelan, and I'll shop here even if its not the cheapest option. read more

This is, hands down, the best hardware store ever! I had my pump motor go out on our swamp cooler, no sooner did I step inside the entrance to their plumbing department, than an employee met me with the exact pump I needed, brand new, ready to go! 24.99$ out the door.
