I used a LivingSocial voucher for my carpet cleaning which was $50 for one room. I have two puppies so needless to say they made a mess of the carpet. He was very flexible and did partials of two rooms and after he was finished the carpet looked awesome and the rooms smelled great too! Very professional work and he was in and out in 30 minutes. I don't normally write reviews but I have had such a great experience working with this company that I want to spread the news. Yesterday I had Randy come in to clean my carpets. First my bedroom had motor oil on the carpet that my husband had trekked in after working on our car a few weeks ago. I thought the carpet was a lost cause. However, Randy was able to remove all of the stains - great job cleaning. Also, he was on time. He called to give advance notice of his arrival. Perhaps best of all - He did NOT try to sell me additional services or products. Every other carpet cleaner that has came to my house has tried to double the price by adding on additional services. Randy gave me a great price and stuck to it! No high pressure sell tactics. Also, this past spring I used Cascade Services to pressure wash my house. They did an amazing job. Randy was responsive, worked with our schedules, and communicated everything that would be done and how much it would all cost. When the gentleman came the day of service, he wore a mask, offered to walk the property, asked if we had specific areas of concern or questions, then got to work. I redeemed an Amazon Local voucher for a deck power washing, and was very pleased with the service. The worker was punctual and courteous; he called the night before to verify we were still on for the next morning, and called me when he was about 15 minutes away to assure me he was on his way. He was very professional, and did a great job blasting away the moss and other detritus that had gathered on the deck of a house we recently purchased (whose prior owners had not taken as good care of the deck as they should have!) Randy came out to power wash our 3 story end unit as well as our deck/stairs. He explained what he was doing, set my expectations, answered my questions, and walked around with me to point out a few items of note. I will use him again in coming years. The only reason it's 4 stars is that the windows did not get very clean, even where I observed him washing them with a brush, so I still need to get my windows cleaned. I think the price is great, especially for the amount of time he had to spend, and Randy was on time, very communicative and professional. read more

Just awful !!!! I will never use this company again. It was a waste of time and money. None of the stains came out. Also, you have to watch them as they work because he skipped spots and rushed my cleaning services. I have a watermark on my berber carpet that he said will come out in about a week. I do not normally write reviews either, but felt compelled after dealing with Cascade Services. They are excellent!! No other way to say it, above and beyond service and customer service. They cleaned our builder grade 13 year old carpets and got out stains that had been there forever. Also did some power washing of our siding and concrete stairs and sidewalk and made everything look brand new. I highly recommend them. They were super customer service oriented. Called before they came to confirm the appt, called befored they arrived. Arrived on time, got the job done in the amount of time they quoted and the carpets are sparkling as if they were brand new. I will use them again and again. To top it off 5 rooms for $89????? I rarely write reviews unless I am extremely pleased with the level of service. In this case, I was very happy with the customer service that Randy provided along with the work that he did in my house. He cleaned the carpets prior to us moving into a new house. The carpets were filthy - stains throughout most of which had probably been sitting there for months/years. He was honest with me throughout the whole process and did not try to upsell any additional products as most carpet cleaning companies do. It was a flat rate per section which included all of the necessary treatments. I would definitely use this company again! read more

Casecade Services did such a wonderful job powerwashing my house and deck. Years of green mildew had built up on my siding but the house was gleaming white when they were finished. Also, they use a soft wash system to avoid leaving spray marks on my aged siding. The deck was also finished and much of the old stain was removed. Everything looked so fresh when they left. Even the concrete walk was gleaming and I didn't even ask him to do it. I will be calling them again. Nice reliable people. read more
