I dropped off a raccoon in February of 2024 to have the hide done and a European done with the…read moreskull and it is now April 2025 and it hasnt even been started. when we initially dropped it off we paid in full because Bill said it would get done quicker that way. in January of 2025 we called to ask about it and he said there was a mix up in the shop (understandable) and he would get it started right away because we paid in full and it would be done in March. i called over a week ago and I FINALLY got a call back from bill today (missed it by 10 minutes) he left a message saying he hasn't even started it and he would just give me my money and products.I called back every 5 minutes(a little excessive, I know) but when he finally answered he immediately started yelling at me and told me to just get my stuff he's not doing it. and I said look I deserve a reason as to why I was told it would would be done and it hasnt even been started. he just kept screaming at me that it doesn't matter, and I said wow you are being so professional right now and he said " your not professional" I told him look it's been over a year and I just want to talk about what's going on with my stuff and again he started screaming it doesn't matter and hung up. so I had my husband call him and wow did his tone change. so we will be picking up our stuff and never using him again. so if you want your stuff to get done in a untimely manner by a man who can't handle a little push back from a client by all means go here. but if you want someone who treats people respectfully and professionally and gets the product done as advertised and promised do not bring you stuff here.

Burroughs is in the yellow pages, it was a surprise to find a taxidermist so close. Through the experience of having this work done, I learned that taxidermy is a process that takes a while. Don't deliver your project expecting to get it back in a couple of weeks. The wait is worth it, though; Todd did a beautiful job and the racks look great! The mounts are different from what I've seen back in the midwest, he builds a partial "skull" to balance the rack itself; there are examples in his workshop. Now that I've had them in my home for a while, I prefer them to the ones I grew up with. Price was fair and Todd's work is top drawer. Highly recommended.

After taking a deposit and our birds, and 6 months passing we tried to reach him numerous times by phone, left messages to check the status of things and never received any calls back. After a year, we stopped by his house with no response but read several notes left on his door by other people asking for him to contact them or asking for their money and birds back also. We were able to catch him outside on one attempt after the year mark and he had an excuse for everything, but even with new promises made, we got nothing!! STAY FAR AWAY!!

It's 2022 and I gave him the birds in 2019. I finally accepted that I will not get them back. Please stay away from him he stole my money and more importantly the birds that I entrusted him with. I am beyond disappointed with how much a weasel he turned into. He is a thief stay far far away
