They DID provide coffee and tea, which was wonderful! The classroom was small so it limited the size of the class (we had 7 in ours) which was nice. Parking was good, facilities had only one bathroom, which is not ideal. They did have knee pads for us to use if we chose to do CPR on the floor. That was good! Overall I would definitely go here again, and I am hoping they start ACLS so I can take that course from them as well.

Everything is always clean, there are gloves and wipes if want to double clean before and after testing. Tissue or paper towels would be awesome to add, because I was sweating with my adult CPR! Very helpful when you're like me and wait until the last min to re-cert. The online portion is complete with the newest updates added from AHA. It took me about 2.5 hours to get through. The in class portion has no instructor but the computer guides you and provides you with real time feedback as you're doing compressions and respirations. Everything was pretty straightforward. My only issue is the mannequin is at waist level so I had to tip toe to get my compressions deep enough. I made adjustments accordingly but not sure if they would (or could) consider an adjustable table to help with this. Overall I'm glad I found Safety Training Seminars this time around. Thank you!

The way they are set up you can tell they DO want you to succeed whilst keeping the credentia standard. The only issue was it took a long time for students but personally for me i thought it was a good thing because each student was NOT being rushed and told to hurry up. They took their time with students and gives you a bit of time to think if your mind goes blank. Although make sure to remember to breathe and focus when you are taking your CNA exam. Decided to go by the Yelp reviews to choose an NRP class, and it's rated well for a good reason. Their office is in a business building with lots of parking. The classroom was clean and spacious. George is an amazing instructor with tons of experience. He reviewed NRP in a straight forward, detailed approach that made it more understandable. There was dedicated time to do hands on practice with a term infant mannequin and preterm mannequin. Also lots of hands on practice with intubation equipment (laryngoscope, tubing, stylet, etc) and administration of meds (epinephrine IV and volume expanders). I definitely would renew with them again! Btw If you don't see a class day or time that's available, give them a call!
