I recently purchased four dolls on their online auction. When I the dolls from their third-party shipper, one doll was destroyed by rats with rat poop all over the doll inside the box just filthy. I spent $12 only to throw it away. The auction house purposely did not describe the damage in the lot description. In the same shipment. They sent me a doll that I didn't even buy, that is in worse condition than the rat infested doll. The doll I actually purchased wasn't even sent. I would highly recommend that no one uses their online auction services. I definitely question their business, ethics, and morals!

It's super cute but the problem is people need to be more realistic with their pricing. I saw a ton of beanie babies and people were selling them for about $20-$25 for the basic beanie babies. I had over 100 beanie babies and I couldn't even sell most of them for two dollars and I had to give most of them away because there's just no market for that. So I think people need to be more reasonable with their pricing on things and maybe do a Google reverse image search to see the actual value of things if they want to sell them

I am very disappointed with the behavior I experienced at a Blue Moon Estate sale this weekend. I…read morepurchased several items, two of which were heavy, and required that I move my car into the driveway to retrieve. When I got to the driveway, it was blocked by someone in the sale and an employee of Blue Moon, who was working the outside area, told me she couldn't locate the car owner and would I come back later to retrieve my items. This was Friday, the first day of the sale. I started running errands and realized that I couldn't make it back to the sale before the closing hour, and as luck would have it, I received a phone call from a gentleman who identified himself as calling from Blue Moon telling me I didn't pick up all my items. I described the above scenario and he said no problem, that he would put my items aside, they were on the hold table and marked sold. I told him I would be there first thing in the morning, for the second day of the sale. The number he called from was 615.210.4487. When I came back the next day, it was very busy and very difficult to get to my large items, as well I bought additional furniture items, and again, I couldn't get in driveway. I made the decision to go to your 2nd sale of the weekend to retrieve a large item I bought there, thinking it would clear out and I could now go back for my large purchases at the first sale. The items were a 3' metal angel that weighed approx 30# and a large planter with a live plant, that weighed approx 25#. When I returned to the sale, it was 11:50 a.m., clearly still in the throws of the sale hours, and to my total disbelief, my angel was GONE! A gentleman from Blue Moon approached me and told me I should have picked up my items sooner and that's how it goes. I told him I had talked to a man the day before who put them aside, and he told me that would have been him and he did not speak to me. Basically calling me a liar, which is why I posted the number that he called from. I was very upset and he acted like it was no big deal. He said he would give me my money back, and without any discussion from me regarding how much I paid for it, he handed me $30.00, the purchase price. That tells me he was the one who sold my angel, knowing it had already been paid for, and gaslighted me saying I never spoke to him. Then he leaned over and whispered to me "I'll make you a great deal on anything else you want to get." I had no further conversation and left. Surely your policy cannot be that paid items are a free for all if they are not picked up within an arbitrary hour created by your employees! Your sale was still going on, with lots of people and lots of items being held and sold, with many items not taken out of the sale immediately. I could understand if the sale were over and items were left, and that you would then have some discretion as to reselling the items, but NOT WHILE THE SALE WAS GOING ON AND THE ITEM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR!!!. Returning my money does not give me the satisfaction of owning an item that I spent time and effort curating, which is the point of attending estate sales, from my perspective, and I cannot fathom returning to a Blue Moon estate sale again.

Neither Trixie Heeter (Office Manager), nor Blake Wilson (Vice President of Industrial Sales) made promised call backs. Weeks gone by. They still will not resolve the issues. They hold online auctions and have no company employees on site for pickup. They also lied to an online bid taking company about me. I have been to over 500 auctions and this is the worst treatment I have ever seen by an auction company. I am reporting them to the State licensing board and wherever else is applicable. Stay far away.
