When I called to ask how they got my information, they acted like it was no big deal and said they probably did work for me before and their new system got mixed up. Would you trust a company that doesn't verify who they billed? I don't know who gave them my information, but he practically hung up on me when I asked him to scrub the file. Very RUDE and lacking in customer support.

This summer I discovered a leak they came out a cut of unused line and capped it, leaked the next day. Now they're telling me it's $500 to rebuild the entire manifold (which they build last year). Really hate to speak negative about them (nice guys) but don't tell me the work is guaranteed and then charge me to stop leaks.

I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. It took a few calls to reach Kolby, but once I talked to him he came out the next day to look at the job to give a quote. It took a few days to get the quote but then he completed the job within a week. That timeframe worked for us since we had not moved in and had other repairs being made. After the job was finished Kolby came out and explained what he did and showed us how to work the shut off valve. He was easy to work with and completed the job as promised.
