I went in with upper back pain hoping for some relief, but instead they simply did a couple scans and x-rays and then sent me on my way. When I came back 4 days later, they showed me the results and asked me to sign up for 24 sessions. When I indicated a desire to simply address my current pain, which is neither serious nor long-standing in nature, they explained very nicely that they can't accommodate that sort of basic adjustment. So despite two visits, I received no therapeutic help. Prospective customers may love their business model, but it should be clear in advance to patients that you will not be adjusted on a first visit and perhaps not even on a second visit unless you agree to a long-range plan. Having said that, they seem like nice guys and if you're looking for multiple visits a week over the course of many months, this could be perfect for you.

Dr. Roth helped me for years then my insurance started making things more difficult. When I finally went for another MRI and received a different medical code from before she informed me, kind of abruptly ,that I would need to be reexamined and insurance won't cover that, I would need x-rays and I will have to follow a 3 day a week schedule. First I just saw my ortho, had an MRI. and Dr. Roth had been working on this area for years. Why would I need x-rays after an MRI? Why another exam when the ortho just saw me. The office knows I am away often in the summer and could not do 3 days every week. I felt have being a loyal patient for years and also referring his practice to others a little more professional attitude would have been shown to me from the secretary. I am also disappointed that Dr. Roth did not personally call me to discussion other options. Bottom line, he does a good job but they need to spend time listening to their patients and working with them without being so rude.

I've been suffering with neck and shoulder pain so I figured it was time to get looked at. I submitted a request to get checked out and in less than 24 hours, Tracy called me to see if I could come in that day! Wow!!! Well, heck yeah I did! I filled out some routine paperwork and waited in the comfy waiting room. There was coffee and hot chocolate and Christmas decorations. Felt like I was in someone's living room! Dr Cheri came out to greet me, ask me why I was in, gave me some ideas for treatment and payment options. Then we did a spine scan. That confirmed everything I told Dr Cheri. To double check, we did some X-rays. That just further confirmed I needed her help! She discussed the treatment she would like to do and asked if I was on board. Then we went into the adjustment room and she demonstrated and thoroughly explained what she was going to do ahead of time. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or in any pain from Dr Cheri. I am looking forward to some more relief and less neck and shoulder pain! Did I mention that the same evening that I first saw Dr Cheri, she called me to see how I was feeling and that she would check in on me in the morning (Christmas eve). Wow! Did I say wow?!
