I looked for PT in Colchester and I could not find any info on any one of them. Look no further, you have found the best place in the Hartford and New London county. If you hate pain this is the place for you. I would drive 30 miles to get treated by Fred Phelps. He is the most caring gentlest and professional gentleman I have ever had the pleadure of knowing. I came here terrified because of the horror stories about other places. The minute he touched my knee I knew I came to the right place. I thought (before coming here) that I would never smile. I have been smiling since. He was always very incouraging. Yes Fred Phelps with his caring way put a smile on my face again! I just recently nicknamed Fred my "knee angel" (he doesnt know it yet) LOL I have friends that helped me with terrible flooding in my house that lasted for 3 weeks. Them, I call my "guardian angels".
