Starting with the housing office ladies! Tina and Daisy are so nice, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable when ever our family has a question! The turn around time for any issue to be fixed has been less than 48 hours. We've never had any crazy issue other than a stove shorting out and we had a new one that same day. Our garage had come undone from the track and they have fixed the issue temporarily while we are waiting for new parts and a panel. And then we had some interesting caulking that was oddly discolored and they came out and replaced it. The They I'm referring to?? His name is Angel! Angel is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He's reliable, detail-oriented, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows every time. She was responsive and replying to me. She had a limited amount of time to show the property. It was all last minute so I wasn't able to go that same day (I live about 30-35 min away). I called her later that same afternoon to get more information on the unit. She was SO rude! She first asked my desired move in date, which was about a month out, and she said that wouldn't work. I asked her if somebody could show us the property because maybe we'd move in sooner if we fell in love with it, and she said "she'd try" in a real snarky tone. She lives in La Jolla so it was too far for her to drive to during the week. I asked her if we could come the following weekend and she said, "if it's still available." Then she asked where my boyfriend and I live, and made a rude noise after I told her. I told her I worked in Escondido and she said "well carlsbad is too far then." Uhm thanks for your input Eileen, but 1. I didn't ask you, and 2. It adds 10 min to my commute. Lost of interest right away. She said she'd have someone from her team "maybe" contact me to show me the unit. Well guess what, 2 weeks later and it's STILL on the market. Your loss, Eileen! You are a terrible agent.

Even though Eilene was going to be at the house anyhow for a showing with another potential tenant, she sent me a rude passive aggressive email that I inconvenienced her. LOL. She was already going there! I replied letting her know I had an emergency. She continued to send me emails about what a great "million dollar" real estate agent she was, how I must clearly not be "successful", and took no responsibility for her actions. I'm pasting copies of the emails - they speak for themselves. I contacted her manager to get the old lady to stop, but Loree appears to be no better. Too bad. Classless.
