If I had known that in advance, I would have been much less surprised by the final cost. I also have a hearing impairment, so verbal communication can be difficult for me. I've never needed electrical work done, therefore I searched local Facebook pages and found S&M. During my initial call, Trish thoroughly explained the process and offered to help.
