It was a lot of work over multiple days, but the whole time they were really clearly explaining every step of the process and why they were doing it so I always felt informed. Bill, the master electrician, is quite knowledgeable on all of the various aspects of the electrical code, as well as the various approaches that we could use to conform to it (as well as the ways in which less scrupulous electricians might try to skirt the safety rules). The both of them were even here at the house when the county electrical inspector arrived to give him the technical information he needed about the work they did for me, and he was really impressed with the quality of the job they did.
