Our technician,Brian,was on time,called prior,came with shoe covers,quickly identified problems with toilet,gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time,very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere,but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area,but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices,because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

Miquel did his inspection and gave me a total quote which included parts, labor & taxes. Clear & transparent on costs which is appreciated. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

Within 7 days he sent over a technician named Omar who was very kind, cleanly, and efficient. The first thing he did upon entering my home was put on booties. He was very thorough about telling me about his diagnoses and explaining what he was going to do/did. When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors. After a disappointing first quote experience with another electrical service, I asked around about who I could trust. Sarah & Family was recommended to me and I set up an appointment for them to come take a look at my box. From the start Sarah and Ryan were friendly, professional, and explained everything about the condition of my box. It turned out that at some point water had caused rust inside the electrical panel and had rusted out a lot of the inner components. It was clear that a replacement was needed (and add to it that the box was 40 years old!) After Sarah provided a quote that was thousands of dollars cheaper than my first quote, I booked them to replace my box. Ryan and his young apprentice arrived on time and prepared to get the work done quickly (which was welcomed since I wouldn't have power all day and it was 100° outside). They did an excellent job of installation and I was very pleased with the look of the new box and how they cleaned up my basement area so quickly at the end.
