Unfortunately, Casey is in the business of making excuses for why a trunk cannot be unlocked. Come on dude. It's the TRUNK, not the ignition. Can I get a quote so I can delete these? If you really and truly cannot open a Mercedes trunk from 22 years ago, please advertise yourself as not being able to handle imported locks, and please point those of us with imported locks toward a more competent locksmith who has spent those years picking locks, instead of making further excuses about it. read more

I purchased 2 very old antique suitcases at a garage sale to use as decor in my quest room. I called Casey Lock and Key and was told buying this was worthless becasue it would cost more to make a key than they were worth!! How much I want to pay to have keys made should be of no concern to the "locksmith". Furthermore, what might have been worthless to him certainly isn't to me. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. None of the men but one look like they know what they are doing . Dean was sweet but they say erik will be in from 9-12 and that's a lie because according to Eric he doesn't have to be . I went in three days in a row and never got any real help. Eric said on the phone to me "I don't have to be here" when I asked if he would be in till 12 today so I could make sure to catch him . So unprofessional and I will never recommend this location.
