The service person arrived quickly, used an appropriate jack, removed the flat tire and wheel and installed the emergency donut, which he made sure was inflated to a proper PSI. The service person was pleasant and friendly, and appeared to really enjoy the job. I don't know what the cost was, but i suspect that my insurance company's roadside service provider looks for high quality and good prices. Excellent all around.

Before arrival, the vehicle simply said low battery. Everything else was working - lights, dash, radio, auto running boards, rear hatch, etc. When the tech arrived, he appeared lost to say the least. He started out on the right side of the vehicle where the fuse box was. He finally figured that out and went to the correct side. He appeared to be watching some sort of video to figure out how to jump the car. Then he disconnected the fuse block from the top of the battery and connected one cable to the POSITIVE terminal post of the battery and the other to the starter relay on the fuse block. Immediately we knew there was a problem as nothing worked - no lights, no dash, no running boards. Nothing. He even made a comment about how this wasn't the first time he had seen it. We had to use a different provider to tow the vehicle (not through Agero) and taken to the dealership. Dealership confirmed that the fuse block was bad. They replaced it + new battery and all was good. We are now having a fight with the insurance company and Agero about who is responsible for this whole deal. Maybe for locks they are good, but don't use them for anything else!
