Quick service , lots of key blanks that others don't carry . They quickly made working keys that we haven't been able to find elsewhere .

Very capable locksmiths with a big inventory. They seem to be able to handle most anything. Prices were fair.

Needs to remove key cutting from their services. They sell keys and cut them as a part of the sale.

Was looking for a ma and pa kind of shop since I thought those would be the most honest and best…read more Boy, was I ever wrong. I found them by passing their van. Called while behind them at light and had a great start. After a few mix up dates, they made it out to my house. There were two guys and one I got along with great and the other not so great. The prices hadb changed and thus I couldn't get all I wanted, so just got necessary. I was shown how to use, and all seemed ok. I was very polite, hospitable offering drinks, fruit and use of rest room. Within the next 24 hours things started going wrong. I called and got rude attitude from the manager, Michael. They came and said they had no good batteries and took what was in the truck, so that was probe one of the probes, even though it is plugged in. ( you would think someone spending $850 they would provide brand new batteries) The problem still wasn't resolved and did weird things for about a week. I was getting ready for a long trip and needed these things fixed immediately before leaving. I told them when I would be home and when I wouldn't. He showed up when I had my sitter here and I didn't feel comfortable placing a stranger in home , but she said it was ok She called me to let me know he was there, as he did as well. He called immed back and said nothing was wrong. I said yes, its probably with the additional alarm, that's in my bedroom which she could not get into. When I finally got home it was about 4ish as that's when my sitter had to go. I gave hom other system and again said it could be just the batteries, but looks fine. I proceeded to explain what happened night before when alarm went off for 45 min non stop waking baby and giving us all a headache. I could have called that night for emergency service but I waited till morning and my husband finally got it to shut off, made sure police were not dispatched. I asked him if I was going to be charged as it was a system error and he said NO!!! We left on our trip and my son had issues with it, so he never used it the entire time(3 weeks), we were gone. Reviewing my mail I come across a bill for close to $400. I kept reading trying to understand what it was about. They charged me for emergency visit , as well as,fee to travel from Fayetteville, to my home in Bentonville. I called next day spoke with manager, Michael about it and came to no resolutions, just more attitude. I won't lie, my attitude was very upset at this time and I asked the owner to call me back. He did the next day. I tried explaining my concerns and why it made no sense and I should definitely not have to pay it, my monthly was a few days late as I was out of the country. He , the owner listened, and after hearing me talk, said his ppm have worked for him and he trusted them. Well , I'm a customer, a new customer, that has great connections and could have a great help to him by word of mouth. He did say he would take that fee off, however, I was to know that if anything happened in the future I would be charged for anything. I said,'' So if like this time , its the companies fault , meaning equipment or something, and has nothing to do with me, it will cost me service fees??''. "Absolutely!!!, he said..... I told him that makes no sense especially since he advertises he serves my area. He then said, '' Looks like this contract isn't going to work out, and I will send you a check for the remainder of the money, keep the equipment, and that will be all'' I already paid For equipment , told him how important a service in my area was and bamm Goes to show you can't count on family business , more disappointed in his actions

I do not recommend at all when it comes to jump starting a vehicle. On 8/18/25 we reached out to…read moreour insurance, who contracts through Agero who uses Pop-A-Lock. Before arrival, the vehicle simply said low battery. Everything else was working - lights, dash, radio, auto running boards, rear hatch, etc. When the tech arrived, he appeared lost to say the least. He started out on the right side of the vehicle where the fuse box was. He finally figured that out and went to the correct side. He appeared to be watching some sort of video to figure out how to jump the car. Then he disconnected the fuse block from the top of the battery and connected one cable to the POSITIVE terminal post of the battery and the other to the starter relay on the fuse block. Immediately we knew there was a problem as nothing worked - no lights, no dash, no running boards. Nothing. He even made a comment about how this wasn't the first time he had seen it. We had to use a different provider to tow the vehicle (not through Agero) and taken to the dealership. Dealership confirmed that the fuse block was bad. They replaced it + new battery and all was good. We are now having a fight with the insurance company and Agero about who is responsible for this whole deal. Maybe for locks they are good, but don't use them for anything else!
