However, after the initial quote we needed to push our start time back and were only able to get a hold of the "lead salesperson" (we did not get her name). We called twice and each time she reassured us she would pass the message along, but it seems no one was made aware because the moving team arrived at the wrong time. At the same time, she created confusion about our quoted rate as well as other details regarding our move that had already been ironed out with Carlos. I arrive home the wheel is broken I call Carlos up. He was reasoning with me its an old piano and its ok blah blah. They will send someone to come check and fix it I'm ok with that. I'm not sure where it went sour but a lady from all in a day called saying she was small claims and nagged me. Then I just decided to get some of the money back and get someone to fix it. This was a horrific experience. I cannot believe they have such a terrible customer service!
