Shred City ultimately had a better rate for what I wanted to get done so it was a no brainer. They sent me an email to confirm the service and were able to schedule us within a few days, which was even better. My dad is closing his business of 50 years and needed to shred the contents of 26 bankers boxes. The service was completed on 2/18. The driver showed up at my dad's store, shred the contents, left the empty boxes and that was it, a super smooth process! Then I was able to call, make the secure payment over the phone and I promptly received a receipt and Certificate of Destruction. It cost $208 to shred 26 bankers boxes which I thought was fair, especially since it was a mobile service where they came to us. We have more boxes to shred at my parent's house so when my dad is ready I will contact Shred City again to handle that service as well! Great job!
