Some were booked out, some wanted to schedule a time a few days out but with APG they tried to help me out right away. We got on the phone and started trouble shooting my issue. Coleby was very patient and great at explaining what to do. Luckily I had some DIY experience so it helped with the troubleshooting. It ended up taking a few weeks to trouble shoot cause there was snow on my panels but they were good to follow up and see if things were back online or not. Their effort and responsiveness really impressed me. My solar is back online thanks to them, and sooner than anyone else who reached out.
