    Amazing job and best moving experience! From someone who has moved 5 times over the last 8 years they exceeded all expectations. Arrived punctually, loaded and unloaded efficiently and were particularly caring of fragile items. They brought furniture covers and took great care to load/unload everything properly and got the job done within the expected timeframe. We did not have a single broken item and all plants made it safe, including my very large and heavy Bird of Paradise in a ceramic pot. Highly recommend for any moving needs!

    Pete's is the best moving company in the valley! I recently contracted Pete's for the second time, and was just as happy with their service as I was the first time. Isaiah and Santos were professional, thorough, well-organized and truly a joy to spend the day with.

    Speed Pack they crammed tons of items into including FRAGILE boxes which of course are completely shattered.

    ***Update*** Pete calls me within minutes of writing my review. Accuses me of lying on my review - said the time window he gave us was between 8:00 - 9:00 AM so they were only 2 hours late - not 3. Okay fine - 2 hours late is still late. Then he tells me the things damaged, my tool box, picture frames, damaged boxes are not very nice and that I could get them at a yard sale for cheap. LOL what does that have to do with ANYTHING?? Then tells me that because of my review, it is MY fault that he now has to fire his employees. This is the type of Business Owner associated with this company - refuses to acknowledge any type of responsibility. I could tell within 1 minute of this call, he was not calling to make things right so I let him know our conversation was over and hung up. Pete then responds to my Yelp review with his message below. Not one time during our conversation or during my review did I ask for money. The purpose of this review is to communicate my experience with using this company, their quality of care, and customer service. Original Review: 1.5 Stars AT BEST. Quick Summary - leaving out a ton of ridiculous and unprofessional choices and decisions made by this company because there is not enough room in the text box. Movers show up 3 hours late on moving day after having confirmed 2+ weeks in advance. (Turns out company tried to squeeze in another job before our 9+ hour scheduled day) Movers show up in a terrible mood because company told them it was going to be a quick job - (we are moving 3 hours away.... How would this possibly be communicated as a quick job?) Movers are now pissed and treating my wife and I like it is OUR fault the company they work for chose to lie to them and not communicate the job at hand. Movers treat our belongings without much care, damaging several items and disregarding the word "FRAGILE" written on any boxes. Customer Service Fail by Owner Himself - End of the day, Pete (the owner) calls to collect payment. I let him know about the damaged things and the 3-4 hour delay, and asked him what he can do for me to make things right before I write my review on the service that was provided. He decided that taking 5% off the rate was sufficient. ($100 off on a $2000 job). 10 Days later and have not had a follow up from Pete or any representative from his company for the damages. Still tip the movers $100 each. Santos was actually a good guy. Stayed in good spirits for the most part and worked hard the entire day. The Star is only for him and his attitude and efforts. Bottom Line: I would not give this company any stars for their customer service or professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to move anything on time, or to move any items they care about.

    Didn't really want this giant painting we have had for 15 years anyway. It's made it through 7 other moves perfectly but oh well. Didn't particularly care about the wardrobe box full of my most expensive clothes that was smashed to smithereens either. We were told we would be loaded up and travel one day and then unloaded the next day. But that didn't happen, so by 9pm at night, of course we and the crew were exhausted. My husband suggested they just unload the rest of the boxes in the garage. They stacked them 5 or 6 boxes high making it so I couldn't possibly get to the top box or see how they were labeled. Gave not a care to anything marked fragile. Some platters were broken. They placed our outdoor furniture in the backyard on top of some rocks when we actually wanted the outdoor furniture in the front of the house in the enclosed courtyard. No one followed up after to ask if all went ok. But they had no trouble asking for a review. Here's your review. The only good things I have to say is that they arrived on time and got the truck over in a snowstorm. Do yourself a favor and just pay the extra money for another company. Response to owner's response: Thank you for reiterating in a very long paragraph the weather situation. That had nothing to do with smashing boxes and unloading boxes the way they did. Thank you for restating that yes my husband told them to unload the rest of the boxes in the garage. That has nothing to do with them not using the entire 3 car garage to perhaps create groups of boxes based on the room labels of the boxes. Or not stacking them FIVE or SIX boxes high on top of boxes labeled fragile. Perhaps they should have said "looks like we will in fact need to stay the night and come back in the morning to unload so are you ok with paying $350 more?" Yes, we would have been ok with that.

    Our couch that cost us 4K was not properly packed the leather side done in storage it has sap on it??? Scratched
