I can't say enough great things about Andrew. He took a basic 10 X 12 old deck that we had and…read morebuild out a beautiful wrap around 25 X 30 deck for our house. It has completely changed the way we relax, entertain and just fundamentally enjoy ourselves! I reviewed with Andrew my "drawing" that I had done and we sat down with each area and talked through what could work and what might be a challenge. Andrew is very creative and also so easy to work with. And he was VERY patient with me, working with me when I had to be out of town, and I totally trusted him to do the right thing with the smaller items, but for the larger items, he was willing to rearrange his schedule with other projects to allow for me to be here when he handled the them. (I know that wasn't easy on him!) He does almost all the work himself, and is very precise, with great attention to detail, very trustworthy and highly professional. I have referred him to a number of our neighbors - and always happy to give him a good recommendation to anyone who is interested in hearing more! Our deck is picture # 3 in his photo library, but as soon as spring comes, check back for some GREAT pictures!) I interviewed a number of contractors before hiring Andrew for our project and am so glad that we went with him. He just did a fabulous job!

He is extremely reliable, works quickly but he pays attention to detail and doesn't cut corners. You can tell by the quality of work he does he cares about the job and the people he is working for. We will definitely hire him again, I highly recommend. I didn't think to take pictures when I visited the house but hopefully I can add them later. On a personal note we haven't had great experience in the past with this sort of work. People never seem to care about the work they do and cut corners whenever they can. Andrew didn't do this, he cares about the work he does and is a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!!

Updated Review 6 Years Later: 3/10/26: I sent them an email…read morea week ago trying to give them the opportunity to make this right. I have not received any reply regarding this issue. Has anyone else had a bad experience? I've come to realize that the install crew did a horrible job. Our LVP began separating and cracking after a couple of years. After year 3, I called them out and they came out to look at it and immediately used a "moisture reader" and claimed we had a water leak somewhere that was causing the issue. So, I called a plumber out and he did a complete inspection only to discover we do not have any water leaks and no water moisture. I then called another reputable floor company who said it was the thinnest planking he'd ever seen and never would have installed that quality. We recently found a great handyman to just fix the floor and one thing discovered was the rubber part that separated the carpet and linoleum had been left and the planking just put over it causing the boards to crack and bend. We are moving so don't want to replace the entire flooring when the new owners will probably replace it themselves. I'm going to reach out on Monday to see what these people's response is. Even though I'm pretty sure our warranty has expired, I feel like that since they blamed the reason on water way before it expired they should fix it. My handyman also said something about they should have done some leveler on the wood before placing the LVP over it. Fast talking sales people, aiming to close the deal, bad install crew just in rush to get it done, and poor follow up taking responsibility for their mistakes. For the record, I've done extensive research on all companies prior to hiring them and look at review carefully both the good and bad. I also take recommendations off Cherokee Connect (FB page). I did my due diligence. Now, we're having additional flooring done and definitely not using these people. Research the type of floor you're putting down. I knew nothing about LVP prior to this and have learned a lot. I will update my review IF they honor the warranty they should have in the first place instead of making excuses. Definitely fast talking sales people!
