I recently had tile and grout put in my new master. There was missing grout on small areas and others areas where it cracked. I reached out to Keith and got the job quoted. Upon arrival I was told I was over quoted- hooray! On first inspection the grout repair looked great. Epoxy color was well matched and I was a very happy camper. Unfortunately - both Keith and I missed a few spots. 3 stars: it took me several attempts to convince Keith the job wasn't completed on the first time around. We had a mold problem around the edges of our shower stall because we had used caulk instead of grout. We had to clean and replace the caulk much too often. Absolutely the way to go! I called Tile and Grout Magician after we had a fire in our home and the restoration group could not clean the tile and grout to the standard before the fire. The restoration group used a cleaner on the floor that only made matters worse by wiping the 'soot' further into the grout lines. Our whole home is tiled and we needed to either (1) re-grout the whole area (a mess, time consuming and expensive) or find another way. The other way was the Tile and Grout Magician! Keith and his team commercially cleaned the 3200 sq. foot area, then the fun began. Picking out the grout color, which we failed the first go around after a small test area was completed. The second time we found our match. The floors are beautiful and restored to better than new condition. And with epoxy which is wonderful for cleaning! No more scrubbing the floors or putting a paste together to clean the stains only to find those stains come right back. This is MAGIC! It even made the tile appear brighter and cleaner. The install was about 2 weeks ago and we are continuing to be amazed at the appearance. I had just moved into a house where the tiles and grout needed - erm - 'attention'. The main issue was the grout, but the tiles were so close together that regrouting didn't seem feasible, and re tiling wasn't in the budget. I heard about Tile and Grout Magician through some neighbors, and requested a quote. It seemed reasonable, so I hired Keith to a) renovate the grout in the master shower and 2nd bathroom, touch up the 3rd bathroom where needed, and renovate 2 floors of tiles. I asked Keith to also renovate the floor in one of the bathrooms tiles during the work, because I could see how well they were turning out. I was very happy with the work that Keith did. After paying, I noticed something that needed a little attention - and even though I had already paid he came out and redid it to my complete satisfaction. That says a lot about a company, and a person. I wish I'd taken before and after photos - because the difference he made is dramatic. This has added years to the bathrooms, without the drama of a huge renovation and with a limited budget.
