I called and the person I spoke to said they'd make another one. I said I didn't want to bother them because I wasn't sure how late they were open. I called again when the second one was supposed to be delivered and it was the person who said he was the one who delivered the first one and that he did deliver it. He heard a dog barking. No one in my building has a dog. When I said that, he said he'd get his manager and I said okay. My friend and I were talking about the confusion of it all and then Greg hung up on me. I called back twice. Stayed on the line twice for almost 20 minutes. No one would take my call. I'm not a complainer and I've never complained about any kind of delivery but now I'm out $28 bucks and not one person could be bothered to help me. I get that some people take advantage of a situation but I've never done that. So, thanks Dominos, for making my first ever complaint feel useless and for hanging up on me when all you had to do was just refund my money and I would've definitely ordered from you again. It was promptly replaced, but we sampled the sausage-pepperoni and actually enjoyed it more that the veggie we had specified (my normal go-to pizza choice). Good service, although not lighting fast in general, the replacement pizza was ready in 10 minutes! Nice road trip from QC, friendly staff, and a good Quad-City-like style pizza. The crust was not a tough as typical QC pizza, for better or worse depending on your expectations.
