I've always had good food here but yesterday morning was the worst. Ordered around 11, got delivered around noon. All 3 sandwiches had day old bread, it was hard and tasteless. Sometimes all you want is a sandwich for lunch or supper. Sure, it's pretty basic and with plenty of options. I choose Jersey Mike's because of the fast and friendly service AND the amount of bacon they can put on top of your selection if you request it (and pay) for it. It's heaping, it's mountainous and of course, it's delicious. I visit this place 1-2 times a month and have yet to have a poor experience. Mike's Famous Philly (17), Chipotle Cheese Steak (43) or the basic BLT will never lead you astray. read more

It's an ok sub, better than most any out there for national chain subs. The Philly Cheesesteak sub is pretty good, but I really don't like those huge pieces of green peppers. They are huge. I could do without those. I dig those out and throw them away. We hadn't stopped here since before Covid. We really don't go for national chain subs. To us Hungry Hobo is our go to sub place. We haven't eaten any other national chain subs is probably 5 years. read more

Ordered delivery today to take advantage of Saturday free delivery. Used their app to order. Easy to do and quick. Only down side is that you can't schedule order ahead for later delivery in the app. So need to order when you are wanting to eat. I had the #13 Italian and roommate had the #12 Cancro Special. Also two cans of their awesome Stubborn root beer. Food was delivered quicker than quoted. Sandwiches were the regular size and definitely filled us up. I've read about this place for a while before finding out they finally opened one in the Quad Cities. My wife brought some subs home on her way home from work and I thought first of all the sub was very filling only eating half of my #8 Turkey Club. It was covered a bit with vinegar and oil so it was a little messy but the flavor was very plentiful and I chose the Rosemary Parmesan bread which really brought out the flavor of everything. We ordered food for our company to eat lunch together. We ordered 24 hours in advance. When I arrived at our pick up time our food was NOT even close to being ready. Finally received our order and headed back to work and 1/2 of it was missing. Called them.. They said "yeah we have your stuff"( this was a manager) returned to get our stuff and still ended up not being right but the guys were hungry so took what we got. The worst part is it was over $100.. It wasn't right and had to make 2 trips... All they said was thank you... Really? I guess you didn't say I'm sorry because you weren't!! Excellent sandwiches. When we walked in he line was super long it it moved very quickly. People were complaining of the prices but I got a regular hot sub and it's huge. Way more filling then a subway sandwich. Plenty of meat and cheese. Will be going back for sure. read more

The pop machine was very flat and tasted syrupy but the sandwich was amazing! The staff was very friendly and talkative!

Great sandwiches, very fresh. The giant size is ridiculous. They don't need to wrap the sandwiches three times but whatever.

Update: The review I posted below was replied to in less than 24 hours. I think that says a lot about the integrity of the individual(s) at this location. While I understand price isn't something that changes overnight, you offered a way to improve it for your customer. I will be back. Thanks again for the response The food is good but it's WAY too expensive for what it is. Not worth the money. We went once and won't be back. My grandson loved it. God. I went in there with an order for 14 people and they smiled and quickly whipped up all of our foodthings. After only a whippersnap and a hoot they had our rations ready to go. My grandson ran outside and almost got hit by an SUV, but other than that a great experience. Have been to J.M's a dozen times now, and have tried a half dozen sandwiches , all have been wonderful, thats right all of them ! The wait staff is far better than most Subways, the place stays pretty clean most of the time , price is a good value , the owners do a great job of training the staff. Parking is good, I like sitting outside , thanks for offering tables out there, more often than not the radio is too loud for us , ( we are old farts) They actually turned it down for us twice , so we could sit inside, thanks! Wow...what a letdown! Heard about their great food! Not!!! Daughter and I got wraps.,,Baja Chicken and a Buffalo Chicken. No flavor! The chicken was tender and moist but the buffalo wrap was so overwhelmed by the mayo (gross! Not on buffalo chicken please) and ranch that I literally couldn't taste the buffalo sauce. Have gone there twice since they opened. Ordered the same thing both times and did not get the same results. First trip was definitely better - more meat, more ripened tomatoes, better blend of "the juice". Second trip the sandwich had about a third less meat and the tomatoes were definitely not at their prime - a little premature. I asked for light lettuce and got a haybale of the stuff. Delicious!! Went there for lunch today, place was packed!!! When it was my turn, I was greeted very kindly and told she'd be right with me. So many good choices I had a hard time deciding so I opted for one hot sandwich Philly Cheese Steak and 2 cold, one turkey and one tuna which I was told was made fresh daily. Yum!! bread was great but what I loved more was all the fresh toppings available that were piled high. Really looked amazing and I hadn't even tried it yet. Needless to say, did not disappoint. The only bummer was the small inside seating area which was full but you kind of have to stand in people's space while waiting in line.
