This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever. I received my order of 4 tenders on July 20 through the drive- thru and took them home to eat. When I opened the box, you can see what I received. Scraps at best. I ate the 2 that were edible, and I saved the other two to take to the store the next day. No manager on site but a shift lead talked not me about what she saw. She took down my information and told me I would be receiving a response from a manager. Here we are, August 10 and I have received nothing. I will never darken their door again. I arrived at this location during the dinner rush. The parking lot and drive thru were full but I did not need to wait to order. The service was polite, as you would expect from this franchise. The food came out quickly and was hot. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the location was remodeled a few years ago and still looks fresh. Stopped in the location for lunch on our way to Chicago. The drive thru was really busy but service inside went fast and the food was hot and fresh and the fries were cooked perfectly. The location was nicely decorated for the holidays and there was ample space in the dining room (they still have a play area as well). Will stop here again when we travel. read more

On August 23rd, I was in your restaurant and my order was brought out to me it was missing my fries, so I told the server who took my ticket back to the counter with him to get them, then I waited 5 more minutes for him to bring them out, but he blatantly disregarded what I said to him and then I was ignored at the counter when I went up to ask for them and I had to raise my voice just to get someone's attention when your counter help looked right at me and did nothing to help me, very poor customer service, so maybe your employees need training on how to treat customers and I will not be returning to your store again. read more

Giving 2stars due to manager interaction. Went through the drive thru and ordered. While sitting in line an employee walks out and delivers order however there are vehicles ahead of us and unable to leave. I expressed disappointment with the woman however her response was "we have to deliver the food as it's hot/made". Cool that's great buuuuut how was my order completed prior to the vehicles in front of me!? I called the store and tried to discuss with the manager (Riley). She stands at the doorway looking into cars, trying to figure out which customer called in the drive thru. Me 4 cars down from where she was. ::claps:: to you chick-fil-a. The manager wanted to argue back annd forth with a customer instead of explaining. She was definitely unable to articulate why the food was delivered to the car but unable to move the vehicle to leave and enjoy. The manager did inform it was only "1 meal". This has to be one of the most disorganized drive thru setups I've ever seen. They had 8 people in the DT lanes helping get us thru (4 ordering and 4 dispersing food). So we get to the front of the line and cars 4 behind me in our outside lane get their food before us but they are stuck there. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a shake so nothing too hard I thought. The entire inside lane (7 cars) then all get their food while we just waited on the outside and watch cars that came way after us get served before us. It was very frustrating. I arrived at this location on 9/9/23 at 9:40am and placed my order at 10:20am. After waiting 40 mins, I was told I could not get biscuits or muffins because they take too long to make and they would no longer be serving breakfast. If I had been waited on in a timely manner, this would not have been an issue! After being closed for months, you'd think they would have made this process more efficient!! I've always loved Chick-fil-A but don't live near one so every chance I get to get some food from here, I take advantage of it. I'm visiting the area so I have eaten here 3 times already in the past 4 days. The only reason why I only gave 4 stars was because the last time I ordered, the drive thru service gal was definitely on one. She had an unnecessary attitude when I asked for sauce for my sandwich. Needless to say, it did not ruin my food experience at all. She was probably having a bad day or hated working there. Other than that, I absolutely love their breakfast chicken minis and spicy chicken sandwich for lunch. This location has a flaw in their system when you just order ice cream or shakes. You never get your items when you reach the window, you're asked to pull up and wait. At least twice we've waited up to 10 minutes for our order. When they brought the shake and ice cream they brought no napkins and no spoon- the ice cream comes in a cup only now. When I asked for a spoon she brought back a fork. We asked for a spoon and they came back saying they had none. Love their ice cream but not worth the trouble. read more
