I've always used the drive thru cause I'm always in a hurry, but yesterday I decided to pick up my order from the counter. Kind of dimly lit, but very clean in appearance, I was greeted with a warm "hello" and every sentence that followed was accompanied by a "sir". I don't really feel like that kind of service is much too common today so I was kind of taken aback, yet extremely impressed, by the professional service. I could tell the young woman who processed my order was genuine with her words. I was offered cheese and peppers, shown my order before I left with it, and even left with a warm send off. I've always been impressed with the food and the pickup window experience, but walking in to the store sealed the deal; Simple Simon's Pizzeria is an all around fantastic experience. Delicious food, friendly employees, expedient service, and fair pricing all demand a five star rating.
