Had to be Barone's!! A family-owned restaurant that has been operating in Glen Ellyn since 1971, Barone's offers fresh salads, many pastas and, of course, excellent pizza. The dining room also has comfortable seating--tables and booths--and even when it's crowded, its acoustics allow you to hear each other well. The service was excellent--from greeting to seating to eating, with their fresh baked bread to start, crisp salads and outstanding pizza! It sounds crazy but my favorite is their thin crust cheese pizza, and it was a hit with the family as well. We also enjoyed other options on our 3 pizzas, along with "Crispy beer for pizza!
