Guys. This isn't normal pizza. I've never had pizza crust that tasted as good as the crust…read morehere. Chef Tim said it took him four years to get it right. My response (for what it's worth) is that was time well spent. My husband and I ordered a Rustica and a pepperoni pizza. GUYS! The Pepperoni on the pizza is unlike any pepperoni I've ever had as well! We also ordered the Kale Caesar salad with REAL anchovy dressing. My chef husband said his impressions was centered around how good the diary products were. It's obvious they are gourmet. Another areas where I was happy was how the seasoning was on point! I can always tell a good chef is at the helm when I take my first bite and am greeted with FULL FLAVOR (which means they use salt!). Such good seasoning choices here. Needless to say I was so impressed. It's very much worth your effort and time to eat here. The service was very good, knowledgeable and kind. Chef Tim was out on the floor which was cool to see. He's got a great vibe to him. Caring (which does a long way in the services arena) and very knowledgeable. He's easy going and even tho' the place was crazy busy he was obviously in his element....relaxed. Cleaning tables. Interacting with guests. I love to see that. Makes the place feel cared for....and by proxy the guests. The wait staff were good at their jobs too. Working in the crazy with ease. A very well run place. Again, it's worth your time to go. Thankfully we don't live a long distance away from Dolomiti so we can order stuff to go. And on that note, It should be noted that the pizza was just as good (literally nothing was lost) the next morning when we ate the left overs for breakfast.

My go-to is the Rustica pizza, the hot honey on it has an amazing flavor. My friend ordered a standard pepper and was impressed with the flavor and quality. We also shared some of the best meatballs as an appetizer (it comes with bread for my bread lovers out there) Indoor and outdoor seating both provide a lovely dining experience! I'll be back soon!

I've been coming here for 20 years. It is, hands down, the best pizza in Fremont. It's the only place with fresh dough, fresh cheese and generous toppings and you can tell. The restaurant has been remodeled recently because it might have the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen in a non-high dollar restaurant. Godfathers is its own style of pizza and its a little thicker than New York Style. You have to order thin crust if you don't like that. A tip, the Taco Pizza is simply delicious and I crave it ALL the time. The staff is mostly HS kids, but they seem like they are generally skilled and the management have been nothing but wonderful to my family when we've come in. They always say 45 for delivery, but I don't think I've waited more than 30 except for when I'd expect it. (Snow, SB, etc.)

The total came out to be about $61 which is about $20+ more than what I was expecting. I asked to clarify the price and received a polite apology and was told that these are old menus that haven't been updated in several years. I do not see prices listed anywhere else. I managed to stop the second pour of beer to save money. I was offered no receipt, nor did I ask for one as I left frustrated.. Beyond that, the pizza was fabulous: it had been years since we ate at Don Carmelo's. It's just as good as I remembered. The salad wasn't as good, however, supposedly $7.99 for the large (who knows how much it was). It was alright. My suggestion: Stick to the pizza. It's New York style, great crust, wonderful sauce. The hot stuff pizza had pepperoni, spicy chicken, and jalapeños which were perfectly hot and spicy.

Well cooked, awesome price, reasonable wait time and still tasty after a quick drive home (we ordered takeout). I would have loved a touch of flavor/seasoning on the crust, but otherwise a perfect classic pizza. Will definitely be ordering here again!
