I'd like my marriage to last another 20 years. I called the manufacturer, and they were of no help. The TineCo rep said I could replace the broken parts but cost wise, it would be cheaper to replace the entire unit. Yeah, thanks for nothing. So, I went back to my BestBuy and explained how my 4-month-old TineCo bit the dust. (Pun intended). I told him how I purchased the unit on sale and asked if he would match a four-month-old sales price so I could replace the vacuum. No hesitation whatsoever. And within minutes I had purchased an exact replacement for the great savings when I first made the purchase. As we all know, "supply chain" issues limit in-stock items for most businesses; so, I couldn't leave with the vacuum. Instead, it was delivered the NEXT DAY. So - a quick recap. Disaster. A retail store that doesn't suck. (I know, I did it again). Happy wife (happy life). Best Buy to the rescue.

I got back on the website right after to look at something else, and the laptop was not available no more in inventory. So if it pulls it out of number of stock when i put it on hold how is that possible??? All i got was the run around and told if they didn't purchase it by end of the day it would be added back to inventory and i could try and reserve it again tomorrow. So if when you put on item on hold if it pulls from inventory and will no longer allow holds on the website, how did someone else put it on hold before me? IT allowed me to do it, i have the confirmation and then they cancelled it. Not happy as price was good and of course no more in stock and not replenished. Two months later and still looking for one.
