It was a gun I had been wanting for a while with a red dot sight factory installed. Their price was reasonable; there are not a lot of great deals out there given the current climate and demand in Aug 2020. The purchase was smooth, quick, and the employee who helped me (Jordan, I think) was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, as I had never used a red dot sight before. The store was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of things to interest most "gun people." Nothing extraordinary happened, just a nice, positive day at the gun store. A couple of days later when I took out the gun to get familiar with the red dot sight, I found that while the sight lights up and is bright, the button that dims the sight has no effect. So today, Saturday, I went back by the store to see if they could give me any insight on what I might be doing wrong. This is where the five star rating comes in. The same employee who sold me the gun on Wednesday was there, and asked how he could help. I explained the situation, and he quickly took out the handgun, and attempted to duplicate the problem. Sure enough, he also could not get the dot to dim. He got a second employee to look at it, and meanwhile, he went online to research the problem. He found that a possible issue could be the battery. The two guys then literally went all over the store trying to find the right battery size (it was not a typically size), and would not stop until they had found one in another product. Meanwhile, they were making arrangements for me to see the gunsmith at the sister-store ten minutes away in Grapevine to see if he could resolve the issue. But, once the battery was replaced, it worked as it was supposed to work. I would not have thought the battery was the issue because it would light up so brightly, but that is exactly what it needed. They could have easily told me they didn't know what was wrong, and I would have been left with shipping it to the manufacturer and waiting weeks to use the gun I just purchased. Instead, they did research, tried several potential ways to resolve the issue, and found a solution. All the while they were friendly, engaging, and professional. I was not familiar with this store before this experience. It's a little bit of a drive from my house, but they have earned a repeat customer in me. Thanks so much for the great customer service. Inside was just filthy most of the employees were walking around in their phones. Restrooms need attention like they were not clean the day before closing. We went there for our Texas LTC certification and received it, but this center gave us so much more than just the course certification. I now understand the real personal/legal ramifications of being involved in an actual shooting incident, how to safely handle my weapon, alert law officers that I'm legally carrying, when and where to carry, and so much more. I very highly recommend this course to everyone-- even if you don't get an LTC. The trainers really are EPIC!! Epic Training and Tactical defense center is the place to go!

But usps still hasn't received them. eBay is stepping in Friday 8/1 to force the refund. they keep saying the rings have shipped. But the tracking says usps doesn't have them. I've asked for them to cancel the sell and issue a refund. But they keep saying no because the package has shipped but it hasn't. thank goodness for eBay's buyer protection.
