Then noticed the sandwich shop in the back and felt better. As stated before I wanted to try their cheeseburger but noticed they had a steak and cheese grinder on the menu so went with that instead. Took the typical time to make the sandwich. One regular customer briefly talked to someone making the sandwiches and he said you look busy and she said it was lunchtime. I opened up my to go container when I got in my car and at first glance I thought there's barely anything in it. Picked it up and noticed that the roll was fresh without even biting into it and feet all the bulk inside the sandwich too. Sandwich was delicious and for once in my life I did not burn the roof of my mouth on a steak and cheese grinder, not saying it wasn't hot because it was but I ate it with caution. I have traveled through quite a bit recently and see I myself stopping in for lunch occasionally.

It's not a warm and fuzzy people, let's recall the Romanov's as case in point. Yeah. The problems are far deeper than. The deli now wants customers to get on a computer and build their own sandwiches. The computer is TINY, difficult to navigate and just a big middle finger to paying customers. I did my best to navigate to order what I desired, then paid $18 for the privilege. Shortly there after, the cult of personality confronted me for ordering extra cheese but not paying for it. I tried to apologize and explain that I could not locate an option for that on the self serve register. Could not even get the words out before she was saying, no pay, no cheese.. I get that and I'm happy to pay, my mistake, I'm not familiar with the computer. Should have been the end of it. Nope. After she added the 2 slices of cheese for which I would pay an additional $3.00, she just kept coming at me. I don't own the business, it's not my problem. I work 6 days a week and go home to 3 children. On and on and on. All I wanted was to quickly grab my favorite sandwich (which she's made for me many times) and go enjoy my day. Should've been simple.. Instead I had to literally serve as an employee, get reamed out for my poor performance as an untrained person on an unfamiliar program in a food SERVICE establishment and par $22 for a literal shit sandwich. I was robbed and assaulted just for being a customer of 19 years. I got the message!! Happy to take my business elsewhere
