I pass the shop daily on my way to work and was curious about the place. I always see a lot of cars there. So I recently called for a service appointment. Andrew is very nice and articulate on the phone. That is my 1st impression of a good company. The person who answers the phone is usually the face of the company. He's got a good face. He has a sense of responsibility and pride for the technicians that work for the company and I could tell that by how he spoke about them. The technicians are very detailed, they show you photos of what they are inspecting and give you a lot of information. For me it's great as I have a mechanical background so I understood everything that was pointed out. I felt confident that my truck was thoroughly looked at. I stopped in 10 minutes later and my tire was fixed on the spot for a reasonable price, I think $25, even though I was driving a Tesla. The hole in the tire was near the edge, so it was a tricky repair, but it has held up for six months and counting. I would go to On the Move again. In fact, we plan to bring our Kia there today because the brakes are making a funny noise.

He said that I will have to go to Land Rover for the clips, and he would install them. He very kindly put some more tape on the trim, and didn't charge me for it. I will get the clips, and return.
