They said it would take from 7-14 business days to try to have it repaired and they had no idea how much it would cost (after the initial $59 fee). Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour!
