The process used to be simple, smooth, and respectful and we have never missed a single payment on anything we've financed through them. That's why this recent experience was so disappointing. Over the span of four days, we called and emailed multiple times trying to get a vehicle loan handled, and the entire process felt unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Instead of the helpful and professional service we were used to, we were met with a dismissive tone and asked an excessive number of questions that didn't make sense given our history with the bank. What made it worse was being told our "income is too low" to qualify for a vehicle that is barely 5 figures, despite our flawless payment record and long-standing relationship. It felt inconsistent and disrespectful, especially considering how reliable we've been as customers. It's frustrating to see such a decline in customer service from a bank we've trusted for years. What used to be an easy and professional process has turned into something stressful and disappointing. Based on this experience, we will seriously reconsider doing business here moving forward.

My experience with Chase has always been a good one. They have convenient locations and the service is good. I was with BoA for 15 years previously and left strictly for customer service issues.
